Excellent quality. The ravioli were tightly sealed along the edges, and filling did not leak out during boiling. Great tool to have for the homemade pasta/ravioli cook.

You need a good recipe for pasta that is tight and a good farce not too thick not too thin then apply egg yolk or water and press with a ring mold to shape a ring according to the size of your stamp then let it dry for a couple of minutes and add flour use the stamp and you're good to go.
