Product is good but Customer service is excellent!
Ordered pack of 4 lights, received a defective piece stopped working within a day so contacted customer care regarding the issue they asked for the invoice and video of defective piece, after sharing the details within 4-5 days received new piece by courier.I'll give product 8/10 and customer service 10/10.Also their product is quite cheap when compare to other brands product in offline market.

A bit overpriced but does it's job well
The light is made up of aluminium as described, but the weight is low as compared to other brands like hafele, the total size is relatively less as compared to cutout size, however, light is bright and yellow (yellower than other brand i was using before) in colour. Also, it doesnt discomfort your eyes while looking at it because of the recess, can also be tilted to focus on area of interest. Overall overpriced but i bought two for 350, so ok for two pieces of tiltable downlight.
