Great value and very comfy
My 21 year old daughter LOVES this bed. Incredibly fast delivery. Easy to put together. Look amazing and my daughter says it is comfortable too. It does scratch easily so watch out when you are putting it together. Makes it look more shabby chic though. i would definitely recommend this bed.as it is great for the price.

Lots of parts but easy to assemble once you get going
arrived quickly and packaged well. Lots of parts but easy to assemble once you get going. The feet were alittle tricky to get on and required alittle hammering but once they were on everything else was straightforward. very pretty bed and Im super pleased with it. thanks

It is cream but in dull sunlight it looks slightly grey. Good solid bed.
Very nice bed frame it actually is cream as seen in the photo. Easy to assemble if the screws were labels correctly but apart from that I'm very pleased with it.

Customer service is appalling!
Well what can I say? Ordered this bed and two days later it arrived. All well and good. Unfortunately I noticed it was a kingsize bed I'd ordered by accident so went on to see if I could get a double. Unfortunately you can only get in kingsize so I tried to return it. The company came back saying that as it was the purchasers mistake ( that's me) they were not letting me return it and were closing the return. After arguing with them for a bit I was told they'd return it but I had to pay £120. The bed was £200 so obviously completely overcharging. Absolutely furious and disappointed with such appalling customer service. So beware you don't make a mistake when ordering!

Good, but not excellent.
Looks lovely. Made from metal with wood slats, which is unfortunate as it won't last. Two screws didn't go in. The company sent a replacement headboard. Good customer service. But still one screw didn't go in. Ultimately its not strong, so it won't last long term. Its ok, but I wouldn't buy it again.

Lovely bed - would recommend
Really nice bed and fairly easy to put together. It is off white colour. The deliver was super quick, ordered late on Sunday evening and it arrived Tuesday early afternoon, really impressed. When opening the box and the plastic there was a lot of dirt and dust inside the packaging, not a major deal but meant I had to vacuum again, had to clean the whole frame before putting it up. It looks nice in the room and exactly as the picture looks, I am happy with it and would recommend.
