Business & Pleasure Co. Classic Pool Float

In my haste, I will sometimes order things, without looking over the description or specifications.. or price.So I was wildly surprised when I looked at the order info later on and saw this is not your average, five dollar pool inflatable. In fact it is much more expensive than I could have guessed. I opened it’s box and I immediately knew why it costs what it does. This float is like top of the line quality, not to mention style. I got some 50’s vintage glam vibes right away. The material and style is first class. I was impressed and obviously I had to know more, so I googled Business & Pleasure Co. and oh, wow. All of their pool, beach and home items are classy and a throwback to a 50’s Coney Island style. Which is probably why I was attracted to it. I love the style, as well as, the design of it. I ordered a L/XL size and it definitely is LARGE-that along with the handles, make this perfect for floating and kicking back on a river or the springs, which we have here in Florida. The float is made of high quality and very thick an durable materials. This lovely lady will last for a long time and I will be sure to take special care of her. I do like that there is even a little hook to make hanging and storage easier. Quick and easy to inflate, like I said this is perfect for a trip down river, your next pool party or to the beach! I love lounging and tanning on it in our pool. I highly recommend this float-for the quality, it will last. I am eyeing a pop up beach tent and cooler to match!

We have two teen daughters who love the pool. Last year, I bought 6-8 floats. This year, we only had 1 float that didn't have a hole in it. I ordered this Business & Pleasure Co. Classic Pool Float, in hopes of maybe starting a collection of pool floats that will last.Fast forward to just two weeks of pool time, and this is one of two that are still usable. At the time of this review, this float is priced at $99. Listen, I know that is a pretty penny for a pool float, BUT this is not your average float. We have a couple other outstanding outdoor items from Business and Pleasure, so I decided it made sense to try it. I am so glad I did.The first thing that sets this float apart is the quality and density of the plastic. This float is made from a heavy grade plastic that looks and feels durable. The outer "seams" are about 1/8" all the way around. That means that the pressure is distributed across a larger area to increase the strength of the seams. Secondly, the handles are reinforced with a nylon rope that is woven into the handle. This makes it easier to carry, as well as to hold onto. Lastly, the design of the float is nicer than any other float we have ever had. The striped pattern is traditional, but the color choices are unique. It is an xl tube, so it will accommodate most any adult sized human. If you are thin, there is plenty of room without feeling difficult to stay in. If you are little more plump, there is adequate room to get in and out of the tube without getting stuck.If you are looking for a stylish, nicely sized, high quality pool float, look no further than Business and Pleasure Co.

It’s very much on the pricey side, but it’s the perfect float for those with high end in-ground pools who are looking for something different and a bit more upscale. There wasn’t a vinyl patch kit included with this pool ring, which is surprising since most budget vinyl floats and rafts include patch kits.

The material on this is none that I’ve ever seen on a pool toy before. This made a GREAT Father’s Day gift as we were by the pool for that celebration. Even though it was a simple float, the details like the rope really make this trendy and desirable. The price is high in my opinion; however, as a gift, this really sets your loved ones Pool time apart with a more elegant and classy look and let’s them feel more like royalty!

I ordered this float to use for summer river floating in my home town. It is surprisingly large and super durable - it held up well against sharp river rocks and didn't need to be re-inflated at any point throughout the day. I also got plenty of compliments on its fun, retro design!

This is the most beautiful pool float I've ever seen, I'm obsessed with the colors and matte finish. I got the Large/X-Large and it is the perfect size.Easy to inflate, and the most wonderful little details I never realized I wanted in a pool float like the comfortable rope handles and the tab to hang it up. The material this float is made with is thick and durable making it the perfect pool float.

I love this item, looks amazing in my stock tank pool. Love the retro 70s colors, and its big enough to hold my weight.I took off one star because quite honestly I do not know how many people can justify spending $50+ on a pool inner tube. That is out of most people budget. Unless maybe you are styling photos for pictures.If the price was a little less I would justify getting another one.

This tube is pricey but the quality of it is amazing! it feels super thick and is a good size. and it is SO CUTE. I've bought some cheaper tubes that I'll use for the summer and get rid of them but this one feels like it will last me years because of the quality. If you can splurge on it, it's worth the price!
