Camera is blurred visibility
Initial review: I purchased 2 camera, one of them is blurred visibility and when I tried to return, it says I need to contact brand for repair. Very bad experience. Current review: Fault was on my side, no issue with camera. Even customer service personal guided on phone, later changed BNC connector and problem is resolved. It's already difficult to run business with people like me giving unwanted low rating. So I came back to give higher rating.

Great cctv, but they didn't provide bnc connector
Very good product working flawless and the only problem is they didn't send bnc connector as they mentioned , that is the only bad thing rest everything is great, video quality is great within price, so overall you can buy
