As a chronic fatigue sufferer, my throat gets sore when I tire, which is almost constant. I find Vocalzones really useful for reducing swelling and easing the pain, without damaging my teeth through too much sugar. I'm used to the flavour now and quite like it. I really highly recommend that, although they are not cheap.
