My CH cat is a messy eater and this makes life so much easier! It catches a lot of his mess, and it doesn’t slide around on the hardwood. It’s easy to clean, and not overly big.

I have a cat who really, really loves splashing in the water bowl. Until the current fountain arrived (don't buy PetLibro fountains off Amazon, friends, the warranty doesn't cover Amazon purchases in the US), the old one and the bowls before sat on this, and it did a great job keeping water off my floor. Now, it has the cats' bowls on it, and it doing a fantastic job corralling all the spilled/jostled/dropped kibble. It feels sturdy, looks nice, and is easy to clean.

This is a great mat for meal time with our seven cats! We don’t use it all the time but when we prepare food for them that we intend for them to share and eat together, all 7 of them can gather around this mat and nibble. You can throw it in the dishwasher but it just doesn’t get it clean like handwashing it does. I noticed when just cleaning in the dishwasher residue would start to build up and I’ve seen this on other silicon type mats, and I’ve found the best way to keep this from happening is to hand wash them with a sponge or rag. It does lay very flat and can easily roll up to be stored away. The color is nice and has stood up to many washes and lots of hot water. If you don’t hand wash it, a smell does build up but as long as you’re hand washing and scrubbing a little bit they stay clean and smell free!

I love this feeding mat, it is very cute. I wish it would have been a little wider (from front to back) but it does the job. Keeps the food and water in a centralized place - my cats are messy eaters.
