It is yuck..... ✅ But it's a medicine and I take it with my nose pinched. The packing of this product is very premium. The container is glass and comes with a tiny metal spoon...guess it is brass .....for measuring the tiny amount needed. The product has a brochure covering everything you need to know about its benefits and sourcing. The liquid is thick black and looks like tar. The smell is not something you'll like. The taste is bland.... can be mixed with milk or smoothies but never used It like that. It's been more than 25 days since I started using this. I have been using it along with other members of the family , once in the morning , in normal water. We all definitely feel better in terms of energy and general wellness. The middle aged members have felt a boost in strength...... Well, shilajit somehow got famous more as an aphrodisiac and many don't know it is a powerhouse of easily bio available nutrients for both man and women. Good looking and premium packaging .Now only I came to know what is Pure Shilajit.I consumed it with warm water and it's solubility , mixability is good and i liked its detoxifying quality. Diluted in warm water and warm milk. And can be taken with milk or water. The taste is bitter and tasteless. I think this brand gives genuine and orginality of its shilajeet products. Price-- As compare to other brand of shilajeet ..it's little higher price . Company should decrease it's price for its selling, marketing growth. Amazon giving heavy discount on its orginal price but still it's high in price. Health benifits- As we know shilajeet found in high altitude mountain in Himalaya region in very cold region .
