Great option for chicken waterer
These worked really great! They were easy to install with a drill in a 5 gallon bucket that we hung from a beam in the chicken run. They didn’t fail and flood my chicken run so I am happy about that. They are easy for the chickens to use and I liked the idea of this kind of waterer over the other styles. It worked great for us.

Just Okay
I purchased these to set up a second watering station for my chickens. I use these with a standard 5 gal bucket from the hardware store (with lid). Using this type of watering system made caring for my chickens so much easier! Installation is a breeze. They even include a drill bit. No leaks at all. A months in and mine are still working fine. That said, the cups are a touch flimsier than others I've tried. They work fine, but the the quality just seems a step down. Definitely worth it for the price, though.

Easy and affordable
These worked great! I was so tired of spending so much money on chicken waterers that don’t last. I think this set up will last just as long as the $30 one I bought last year that looks like a nasty impossible to clean mess now. This is a good buy in my opinion!

Great DIY product
The media could not be loaded. Easy to install and works great. Chickies figured it out quickly. I purchased a more expensive waterer and it ended up leaking. Was able to make our own waterer using a bucket and it works great. This way saves so much money.

Ok but needed extra silicone
The idea is great, but they leaked on a flat sided surface. We used a bit of silicone around the hole and that did the trick.

easy to install, feels sturdy so far
2 days in. holding up, no leaks yet even after seeing a chicken put its weight and foot onto a cup. The only minor issue I ran into was the chickens didn't go for the water until 1 day later and I had to reposition the light in the coop so they could see it clearer lol
