Brutta esperienza
Purtroppo ho ricevuto uno scudo tutto graffiato e ricoperto da una strana patina si grasso maleodorante. Il reso sarebbe stato a mie spese e trattandosi di un oggetto grosso da spedire all'estero, la spesa sarebbe stata improponibile. Anche al venditore non conveniva accollarsi queste spese e quindi mi ha proposto di tenere l'oggetto con un rimborso del 50%.Mio malgrado ho dovuto accettare. Non avevo alternative. Ringrazio il venditore che ha cmq fatto il possibile x risolvere, ma la morale della storia è che resto in possesso di un oggetto da buttare e ho regalato 50 euro. Sono davvero delusa. Da oggi farò molta più attenzione alle politiche di reso previste per i miei acquisti.
