Update a few months later and .... yup warping. The shelves no longer fit correctly inside, causing them to fall on each other and break the minis below them..... frustrating!Below is my initial review.First off I read all the reviews and almost did not buy this product. Some of them are very bad and seems they have had some bad experiences. Some of them may have just had higher expectations.This is NOT the same size or capabilities of the Jucoci carrying case. I took a picture next to the Jucoci so you can see the differences. It is also half the price so don’t expect it to be.Do NOT use a screw gun to put this together. Just use the provided screw driver and maybe add some wood glue if you are worried about it.I put it together in a manner of about 10 mins tops.Everything fits great and securely and I will most likely be buying another one.Read the description and follow the instructions and this case is fantastic for the price.Update a few months later and .... yup warping. Item is perfect for displaying or storing figurines. Don't recommend to be used for a lot of traveling though.

it went together well and looks nice, but not perfect. it did have a strong varnish smell which i wiped it down with a wet wipe to get ride of. the plastic latches for the handle had stress cracks out of the box, but this is more of a display unit and i may just remove them.

The handle on the top broke on the first day when picking up the empty case. The plastic connector which screws in the handle should be metal instead of this brittle plastic. The sliding plastic window won't fit in as the slot is 2mm off on the left side so I have to sand down the entire top to get it to fit. As noted before by other reviews, each metal tray is unnecessarily covered in plastic wrap that is difficult to remove on the bottom.

Read some of the reviews and guess I got lucky as I had zero issues with this thing. One of the trays had the slightest dent but otherwise went together easy and everything slides the way it's supposed to.

There's so much potential for this case, but there are just too many things that made it a complete let down. The screws seemed to be different: the heads were different sizes and the screwdriver that was supplied didn't fit in all of them the same, like the screw hole depth was different so the kept stripping. One of the trays had a crash in one corner. I'd read the review that said all of theirs had it, but only one of mine did so I think it is a defect. A lot of reviews said that it doesn't come with a plexiglass sheet, but it does. However, if the boards are cut and fit just right together you'll have a hard time getting the sheet in and out like I do. It's so tight you have to force it to slide in and out. It's a great size fits the figures we have, seems solid once put together, but for all the struggle I wouldn't buy this again. Pretty disappointed.

I got 2 of these for my Battle Sister and Death Guard Armies. You can put alot of models in this case. I will be picking up another for my Necron army soon. the trays are covered in a plastic wrap that is a bit of a pain to get off.

It appears the seller listened to earlier comments and has started using a higher quality vendor. The one i received is the one in the picture, with a higher quality leather and metal strap with 3 screws on each side instead of the plastic one shown in 1 star reviews. All pieces came undamaged, and all hardware fit as it should.

The case was flat proved and generally went together well. On the one I received, one of the side was a few millimetres off and as a profectionist it annoyed me. However, no one looking at it has picked it up. Some of the shelf recesses needed a little work to allow smoother sliding.Overall though easy to put together (I would use wood glue as well), looks good and relatively small and light.
