A great product
I really love this coffee cup. I took ages looking at different ones online, because I really wanted to find one that met all my needs and so glad I finally chose this one! My last coffee cup was the Circular Cup (formerly rCUP) which I did really like and had for about 4 years, but eventually the taste had started to diminish. It also just didn't really have a very nice feel, and was difficult to clean. So I basically wanted a replacement that took all of the best features from that cup but improved upon the design, and that's exactly what this cup does! Although it's advertised as ceramic, I think it's more accurate to describe this cup as being metal with a ceramic coating on the inside. Anyway, it works really well to make the cup easy to clean and preventing the cup from taking on odours or weird tastes. It acts almost like teflon, so when you're done cleaning the cup, it really does feel clean. Also, the way the lid comes apart for cleaning is really clever and easy to do, meaning you don't have to worry that you are drinking old coffee gunk every time you take a sip (as was the problem with my last cup). It was also really important to me that it be leak proof so that I could carry it in a backpack. I've had no problems with leaks, and it also keeps the coffee very hot (but I haven't tested over a long period). I also love the green colour. If I could change anything about it, it would be to make it slightly less bulky. But I think that is a pretty universal problem among these sorts of reusable cups. The lid is pretty chunky, but there's a lot going on in the lid. My only other concern is how well the lid will hold up over time. Because it's quite a sophisticated mechanism, I can imagine something giving at some point. I will try to update this review if it does. Anyway, I love it and I hope it holds up and that they keep making it forever.

1 week using it and I love it
Update 11 March 2026. I can unscrew and dismantle the lid so I can't clean it properly. It's ashame really because of the ceramic liner my brews tasted wonderful. I’ve been using this mug for about a week now and I’m very happy with it. The ceramic lining makes a real difference. The coffee tastes clean with no metallic aftertaste. Heat retention is good and it feels well made. The only thing is remembering to push the lid in or out to drink, but once you get used to that it’s spot on.

Lid doesn’t come apart (now corrected)
Edit: The seller has graciously replaced my lids and I’m happy to say it’s easy to unscrew and put back together. If it was right from the start I’d have done 5 stars, but it did cause some inconvenience. Original review: Cup is brilliant at first. Keeps drinks hot for a long time, no awful taste from plastic or metal due to the ceramic lining and being able to drink from any angle is great. Problem i have is that I cannot take the lids apart for cleaning. I’ve tried flushing excessively to get it as clean as possible but it’s not effective in the long term. I thought I was just being weak but I got the guys at work to try as well and nobody can unscrew the parts on the lid. For the price of these cups, it’s a bit of a let down.

Ticks all the boxes!
I have gripes with most of these insulated bottles ... They either leak when they are supposed to be leak-proof, the lid is annoying, they don't insulate properly, they taste metallic or don't fit in my cupholder... This one has none of those issues. - It doesn't leak AT ALL; it's remarkable actually considering the lid design ... I can drink from any angle and then close it by pressing it down and voila, no leakage whatsoever. - The lid is somewhat annoying to clean in that it needs disassembling but cleaning itself is easy, and the lid dishwasher proof (although the cup is not; the inside is delicate and you can't use metal utensils with it either) - It insulates perfectly as long as you remember to close the lid; I've had drinks in here for a few hours and they remained hot (above a temperature where you can down it). - Metallic taste? Not here - ceramic interior means it tastes just like it's coming out of a mug It's surprisingly pleasant and a bit of a shock to the senses; after trying so many travel mugs, with them all having a taste impact, you brace yourself for one and it's weird to just taste actual coffee/tea the way it's meant to be despite having been sat in a cup for 2 hours. - This definitely fits my cupholder! I don't know how regular the size of mine is, but it's a fairly new Mercedes A Class if that helps anybody. So all the usual cons are ticked off, are there any cons? Well, the inside is ceramic, so although it's marketed as "shatter-proof" I'm not sure if that means you can safely drop it. With that said, the all-steel insulated ones become useless once they are dented from a drop, so I guess that's a con they all would share. To clarify, I have not tested dropping this one. I actually really like it and want to keep using it, and I paid for it so I won't be putting it through those kinds of paces!

Lid needs to be easier to clean quickly.
I bought this based on reviews. Functionality is excellent. Drinks stay hot and I've got used to the drinking method. Never had a leak even when stored in my bag so that is all good. What is a complete pain though is the cleaning of the lid. Most of the lid comes apart for cleaning but the silicone seals need removing and there is one that is very difficult to get to. I drinking very milky coffee and if it's not cleaned properly then the milk would cause a horrible build up. My daughter hadn't noticed the other seal and hers looked pretty grungy. I've reverted back to one of my older ones which is much easier to clean. A tad disappointed I'm sorry to say.

Great driving mug
This is excellent, I chose this travel mug because of the ceramic lining so drinks are not tainted with the taste of metal or plastic. But also for the 360d drinking option. The person I bought it for drives a lot for work, so this is great as you don’t need to fiddle with any flaps and don’t need to check if you are drinking from the correct side. So much safer to use if you are driving. It works really well👍🏻

Great cup- no plastic!
Great travel cup, doesnt leak and keeps drinks nice and hot for a few hours. Great customer service for replacement parts. It is fiddly to clean but for the quality of the cup, I think its manageable!

Nice but impractical (or maybe not so much -updated)
Its a beautiful cup but it doesn't function. First of all, the instructions for its usages suggests using a wooden spoon / stirrer for it so as to not damage the ceramic lining, who has one of these just kicking about? and surely this is less sustainable than using a normal spoon that you wash? It also suggests keeping it in a soft pouch when travelling, again, not really practical, but also if you recommend it then you should provide it! Finally mine has never worked 100%, it'll click open just great, but never clicks shut. I've taken it apart, put it back together, but it still doesn't work. The search continues... Update After this review I was contacted by Bru to offer me a replacement and as I had spent a while decided upon this one and it's a British company, I decided to give it another go. Unlike my dad's second Rover 75 (which also tried to kill him like the first one) I can say that this one is working perfectly and I'm delighted. They also made comments against my feedback, so you can use metal spoons for stirring your morning coffee, but it using a wooden utensil is simply a better option. Great. Secondly, the casing, it doesn't mean that it's going scratch every time it touches something, it certainly doesn't feel cheap, but to stop your keys in your backpack scratching it up, it would be best to protect it. For now I am delighted and a very satisfied customer after their proactive and personal responses.

Sadly it doesn’t do what it claims
I purchased this mug hoping it would do what it claims to be leak proof and open/close with a push of a lid! But sadly the lid doesn’t even close with pushing and it kept on leaking every time… but i’d love to give it another try because it looks super sleek and the color is amazing

Simple but sophisticated appearance, premium, almost perfect.
A damn near perfect travel mug that is a pleasure to drink from. I've mainly used it to drink both hot and iced coffee and it checks all the boxes for me. Keeps hot drinks warm for a long time as long as the lid is closed and iced drinks stay cold for even longer. Pros: -Cool 360 degree drinking design with an easy to disassemble lid. -Simple and sleek appearance. -Ceramic lining to preserve flavor. However, I bought the black color and you can see the tiniest sliver of the white ceramic peeking through when the lid is screwed on tight which may annoy those into the aesthetic aspect of this. -Comfortable 16oz size that is easy to grip with a sleek matte surface that resists fingerprints. -Rubberized bottom surface. -Effectively spill-proof when upright while the lid is popped open. Due to the lid's mechanical design that uses a plunger in the center to allow liquid through, there is an incredibly low likelihood of any spills while driving on rough roads unless you go past the max fill line. -Leak-proof while closed with one tiny caveat which I'll elaborate in the cons section. Potential cons: -The cup portion is not dishwasher safe. However, for a product this expensive I'd rather opt for a hand-wash instead. -The lid disassembles into 3 parts which may be a chore to clean if you drink anything with pulp or sediment in it. More parts also means more potential points of failure/damage. However, these parts are supposedly dishwasher safe and feel very sturdy. Again, I will be opting to hand-wash these parts. -Surprisingly loud clicks when opening and closing the lid. Think along the lines of popping an unsealed Snapple lid, a bit louder than that. Could be annoying when trying to keep your drink warm in quieter environments like offices. You could work around this by partially pressing in the lid to drink from it, however, the lid has some good resistance to it in order to be leak-proof and I can see this being too annoying for some people. -My main gripe with this cup which is still pretty minor is that if you close the lid too soon after a drink, some of the liquid can get trapped in the lid portion. This makes it so that if you turn the cup past 90 degrees it will likely dribble a tiny amount of liquid. This can be avoided as long as you let the liquid from the lid settle back into the cup while it's open. This is also why you don't want to go past the marked fill line as the plunger to open the lid will simply submerge into the liquid and suck it upwards. Just something to consider if you plan on tossing this inside a bag with other items. However, outside of this very specific circumstance the cup is indeed leak-proof in most practical situations. Despite the relatively minor issues I mentioned I still think this product deserves 5 stars as it hits the right balance of functionality and durability while also feeling very premium.
