Needed to be glued to be secure.
Easy to use and great looking finished button . Did have to put dab of strong glue on shank back for reinforcement as I was using for upholstery buttoning with a slightly thicker material. Would buy again .

Just what I wanted
Bought for a reupholster project, I found that I had to use a thin fabric otherwise the pieces won’t pop together however there are lots of them on my caravan cushions and so far I have only had fail me and pop apart.

Buttentastic
I like this kit because it is useful for making Button earrings. But what vexes me about this product is that it contains too much of the backs with the hooks. I would like it if it only contained the flat backs. I shall be looking else for this product as I don't need the tool only the front and the flat backs.

Waste of money and effort
This product worked well for 2 buttons then the blue plastic plunger broke! Not good at all.

Excellent product and very successful using the upholstery fabric I purchased although I had to use a hand cramp to press together due to fabric thickness, very happy with finished result

This button cover kit is great for making covered buttons or other crafts. I use this kit to make jewelry from woven material. They are simple to use as well as durable. It's not especially easy to get the bottom of the cover to snap in.. but if it were easy to get in, it'd be easy to get out. I don't mind a little bit of a struggle if it means that my items are pretty much indestructible. The little blue thing isn't the most comfortable to press with my finger so I use a pair of pliers to snap it in (epic hack!). So far, I really like the results of this button kit and will purchase them again in the future because the price also can't be beat!
