Swallow or not
I can't swallow pills so I pop these pills open and they don't taste bad at all I even think they are working on my legs.

NO BURPS!
Fact is, when I opened the bottle, there was a little fishy aroma, but upon using, there is no fishy taste, which is one of my main concerns...not a fish eater, but like the return on the nutrition. Cheaper than some more expensive brands I have tried, I feel the caps do the same thing. Will add to Subscribe and Save on my next order, if available for this product.
