Acabo de usarlo para alta montaña; específicamente para subir hasta la cumbre del Pico de Orizaba (México) a 5,636 msnm. Cumplió cabalmente su función de mantenerme en mi temperatura ideal, sin sentir sudor en ningún momento. Tuvimos temperaturas de entre menos 2° y menos 8° grados centígrados. Chulada de gorros. These are the best hats. The dark one is especially flattering (and let’s face it, it’s hard to find flattering winter hats!). Has a sleek look that fits snugly to the head. The fleece lining makes it warm and comfortable. I’ve gotten many compliments on these.

I wanted a lighter hat to wear in Autumn and this was perfect. Warm but breathable and as the temperatures dropped into winter I was able to layer this one under another hat while hiking. Good quality wool. A little small but I guess I have a big head.
