Rock on! Not Disappointed!🖤🤘
Wow! Wow! Wow! I have to say that this is up there with the big league brands. Not completely in the same category but up there. Solid construction. Full size. Sounds amazing. I literally took it apart and inspected everything. Body(mmmmm), Knobs, bridge pickup, neck pickup, Neck(Straight), pegs. Quality! The carry bag, though the greatest, is not the worst. The padding is super thin probably enough to keep your guitar from receiving any damage if accidentally knocked over, maybe. The bag has a crazy tonne of pockets for cables or whatever. All different sizes and depths and widths. There are twovDifferent ways to carry it. On your back like a backpack or briefcase style. So, whats included? As well as the carry bag and Guitar I got a 10 foot cable that looked alittle janky but I didn't care cause I have tonnes of cables and all better then this one. Who knows it could actually be pretty decent. Right, I just have it in one of the pockets as just an emergency cable if needed. A pack of like 6 very not bad picks were included. Again, they are not top shelf but definitely not bad at all. Infact ive been using one for the past couple of days when I practice and record my songs, again, very not bad.A mini clip on tuner was also imcluded. That was the biggest disappointment out of all of this. It cheap, it does work, kind of but definitely not reliable. Definitely recommend get a good decent tuner of you don't have one already. And the strap. It's ok. Again, I have multiple straps. I did change. It's not shown in the pic I post but I didn't switch it out for a slightly more comfortable one. Same with the Strings, the strings that come with the guitar are decent. But, I have my favorite brand that I use and that I put on all my guitars. So,.yeah, definitely worth the money. A build that's definitely up there in quality and performance. Really, the only thing I didn't like was the mini clip on tuner and the fact that the purple ( the one I got) isn't really purple like in the picture. So alittle bummed about that but I. Still stand by my 5 star rating. Worth it!!

Not perfect but for the money really nice
I'm a pro player and I know how to do setups.Out of the box... Just OK for a beginner. The fretwork on my bass was great, it even had rolled edges, but it rough and completely dried up.. A thick slab of what looks like rosewood.( not sure if it is) I had to sand it and did several applications of boiled linseed oil. Now it looks and feels great. The electronics are noisy but OK for a beginner. I'm a pro so I'm replacing them. Setup was not great, action was kind of high the saddle screw are way too long and can hurt you, but the trussrod works perfectly . The D string had a lot of buzzing that I could not get did of. I replaced the strings and that solved the problem. Now it plays great, action is 3/32 on the highest fret G string and 4/32" on the E string. So quite good. The neck was a bit too fat for my taste so I reshaped it. I shielded the bass and with the new pickups and electronics I ordered I'm sure it will be a really nice.

My Opinion, (22+ Years Experience)
For starters, simply pulling it out of the package, I was impressed with the weight; the body has a good, solid weight to it that balances the neck.(My last bass was an Ernie Ball Stingray that cost nearly 10x as much... this bass actually FEELS very similar.)As for playability, I was able to tune it, then plug and play with no issues. I'm sure I will eventually fiddle with the intonation next time I change out the strings, but I can already tell it really won't be anything that drastic. The frets are also flush with the fretboard, (that alone gets a star), so they don't rub against my fingers when I slide my hand up and down the neck. I think that's gotta be a pet peeve for many bassists and guitarists alike. All and all, the bass I received is an overall great bass... not even factoring in the price. In my opinion...Is this a good beginner bass? Yes.Can this bass be used professionally? Yes.Can this bass be used for gigging? Yes.Can this bass be used for recording? Yes.Is this bass good for jazz? Yes.Is this bass good for rock music? Yes.Is this bass good for metal? Yes.Can this bass be used to fix a flat tire? No. At least I don't think so.I know a lot of experienced bassists get into the habit of being overly critical with basses because, I assume, they think it makes them look more knowledgeable... but in reality, it kinda just makes them look pretentious. You should always take overly critical reviews with a grain of salt. Then again, perhaps I simply lucked out and got the only good bass the factory ever made..?

Nice Budget Bass
I’m mainly a short scale bass player, but I wanted a 34” scale p style bass for variety. I wanted surf/seafoam green and I didn’t want to spend much money. This bass suits my purposes perfectly. Set up was surprisingly good out of the box for this price point! No sharp frets, action wasn’t overly high (I’m going to lower it when I do a setup of course, but it’s not bad) and everything looks and feels very good. I’m going to be using it as a mod platform so I’ll be putting new electronics in it and new hardware but it’s not a bad bass as is. The hardware changes are more for aesthetics than anything. I really like the chunky feel of the neck! Not baseball bat style, but a nice solid feel. Really nice bass over all and I’d definitely buy another!

Good bass at a reasonable price
I have played guitar for many years, but this is my first attempt to play bass. For this price, it suits my needs as a beginner, but I'm sure dozens of more expensive basses would put it to shame.

Loud noise when plugged in.
Continually loud noise when plugged in. I have a lot of guitars and get no noise from any of them. I only plugged it in and tried it once. Never used after because it is useless.I realize I cannot get refund but would it be possible to send it back and use money towards something else. We are frequent buyers from amazon and have never had a problem with any orders before.Melissa Ralph
