Yes, this is a heat dissipation case, but there are 2 forms of these cases available.1) A thermal layer transfer case, that has a thermal layer (graphite / silicone) to act as a heatsink and move the heat away from the phone itself onto the thermal layer (Spigen cryo is the most notable one, as well as a benks variant).2) Convection cooled case, which is this one. That means for MAXIMUM cooling efficiency, you should have a fan pointed at you.These convection (air) cooled cases are the most efficient. Placing the back of the phone in front of a fan for 10 seconds will cool your phone down 5x faster than a thermal pad (spigen cryo / benks cool).THAT SAID... since it is a honeycomb design, you WILL have to clean the back of the case often.When I say often, I'm talking about every 3-4 days, the back of the phone will be littered with dust simply due to how the case is open designed. Grab a microfiber cloth and just wipe it down gently, takes 5 seconds.Also, theoretically, the case has more than 3.9ft of drop protection. The edge consists of a full TPE frame, with a polycarbonate mesh back that has overlapping honeycombs (take the case by itself, put your finger on one spot and try to hit a sharp corner or a hard surface, you won't feel it on your finger at all).All in all, it's a great case. Plenty of grip, good protection and fantastic cooling (under correct conditions).

The case is pretty nice and it fits well onto the case. The only small problem is that the magnet is not as strong as other cases. So, it’s not completely fixed when mounting it in a MagSafe fast charge in your car. Other than that, it does the job of airing out heat.

This phone case, designed to vent heat from the phone keeping the device as cool as possible, is well made and easy to install. A bit slippery to hold at first, but it’s rugged design sits well in your hand with a confident grip after few uses. Very sturdy with overall protection and it really does help keep the phone cool.

This phone case is very comfortable for your had look and feel great might be pricey but it was worth the money good quality 💯🙌🏼

I highly recommend this case. Great fit and probably very good ventilation. No issues so far with stuff getting stuck in the holes. -1 star for a bit higher price than most but definitely a good buy.

Loved it, would be amazing if it had MagSafe but still awesome quality and worth it!
