I learned a lot from this book. If you are a beginner trader I recommend! it’s so many gems here! This book helps you understand market structure & key points of the market! it also shows you how to do a Top down analysis before you start trading! I went and back tested a lot in the book & its amazing how spot on this book is! even the candle stick patterns! its really been a game changer! it’s a 10/10 for me!

This book does a good job of explaining the basics of candlestick trading. A number of popular patterns are featured.However there are a number of typos and formatting issues which makes me think the book needs another round of proofreading at the very least.

Candlestick trading uses unique graphs that track daily opens. closes, highs, and lows of stocks. The candlesticks look and act like statistical box and whisker graphs and are a great way to snapshot a stock, but more importantly they can be read to determine if a stock is trending or "ranging" (sideways movement). This book is incredibly comprehensive and takes multiple readings to grasp its many takeaways. No promises are given, which in my mind gives it credence. A must-have for a stock investor and a true "BIBLE" for a day trader. Highly recommended.

I have read many books on trading and this is a great addition to my knowledge bank, got one for my husband as well, great book. Simple concepts, explained in a simple way with charts and diagrams. If you want to get technical when it comes to how financial markets move this book can help. Through learning how to use technical analysis you can get a prediction of how stocks are likely to move in the future. You can use these skills to decide which instruments and contracts you want to buy or sell. They help you learn how to avoid traps. They also help you understand trade psychology. By the end of this book you will have an idea of how to track patterns and use them to make your own predictions increasing your chances in making a good trade. Must read!!!!!!

I’m not a beginner of trading but i bought this book to read again the basics, just to refresh the concepts because i like this kind of book. The explaination is easy to understand, many concepts are explained like trend, candle, many stuff about candles (shadow, performace etc). I recommend this book expecially for newbie!
