Really Nice Pruning Saw !!! ๐
I bought this folding tree pruning saw from Weimeltoy and fulfilled by Amazon for about $9. I bought the 8 inch blade since I knew I was going to used it for trimming and pruning tree branches in the 3 - 4 inch diameter range. The smaller length blade would give me more maneuverability and it would probably be easier to store in a toolbox or backpack. The blade locks in. You can push metal release to fold and unlock the blade. The blade cuts better and smoother than I expected. You do have to put some effort but the saw does it's job and cuts through wood pretty easily. Anything above 4 inches in diameter, you probably should get the longer 10 inch blade. I've also used it like a machete to hack away at heavy vines, (with limited success; probably not good for the blades). I bought a second one in case I need to pack one for a camping situation. I'm not sure about how long the blade will stay sharp or the longevity of the tool itself. However, I was able to cut down 2 small trees so it was worth the price. Always wear protective gloves, goggles and perhaps a bike helmet if cutting tree limbs. ๐

Cheap saw thats right in all the right places.
A good Saw. I hardly ever give reviews of products that I buy, but this saw was so good that I actually made a point of coming back and helping out someone who might not have that much money and is looking for a reasonable product. We have a small, overgrown and neglected apple orchard that was in need of serious pruning. I've actually given up on our power equipment and use this saw almost exclusively except for cutting down entire trees. The saw cuts very well compared to my other saws. It's light and sharp. It seems to have hardened teeth because the teeth tips seem to be a blue or black color. I've been using it roughly for about 8 hours a day for a couple of weeks and its holding up very well. The only problem that I've encountered is the rubber grip material starting to separate from the handle and the pin holding the blade release seems to work it's way out when using the saw very hard. I just pound it back in. Keep in mind that I'm going way above what this saw is probably intended for. I'm using it hard and fast. I've flexed the blade countless times getting it stuck in a branch that I was cutting and the blade always comes back to shape. Still very sharp although honestly, green apple wood is pretty soft. I feel like I've cut enough of it to make up for that. Hard dead limbs cut very well too. The bottom line for me is that I've used this saw hard for about two weeks almost every day for about nine hours a day and it's still cutting the same as it did the first time that I used it. Highly recommended.

Really good, and affordable little saw
I haven't used this a whole lot, but the cutting I have done with it is very successful. It cuts easily and smoothly, and weighs next to nothing. It would be easy to take hiking with you or other outdoor activities. I bought 3 different brands of these little saws, and this one is the best, easily. I would buy it again if I needed another one.

Really Works!
Wow! This is sharp and really works! I had about a 3โ limb I needed to cut from over my sunroom. This saw is light weight and you only need one hand to use it. Very Sharp!! I saved big $$ by buying this and doing it myself! If a woman in her 70โs can use this so easily.. just think what all you can do with the help of this little limb saw! Folds for safe keeping too.

You will not believe what you see when you use this saw
Easily a five-star product! Excellent value and function. I've had this saw since the beginning of 2025 and I've cut literally hundreds and hundreds of pounds of kindling with it, trimmed large secondary branches and it's truly unbelievable that the blade is virtually as sharp it was when I first got it. It's easy to use, deploy and carry. It simple to use as it cuts only on the backstroke. I just got done cutting a massive amount of a white oak that came down on my property and the thing is virtually indestructible. You will never regret purchasing this product.

Good value. Sharp and cuts fast.
Used this to cut our 14ft Christmas tree this year. Easily cut right thru the trunk and took off a few branches. I was surprised at how quickly and effortlessly it cut. The 8โ size is good and versatile. I guess for much larger work you might need a longer size, but the long it gets the less stable the blade will be. 8โ handled this tree and some additional logs easily.

Great saw!
I bought a few of both 8" and 10" to test during a workday on a native prairie remnant with several volunteers. First, I though I may have found gold, only to find out that many of the very experienced volunteers already knew how great these are. In the same kind of work and random other uses such as trail riding, camping and a host of other uses making these a staple in basic gear. My observation as soon as I got them was the 8" is a stiffer blade, and although the same thickness the 10" had more flex, more than I'd expect. That doesn't mean it's not a great saw, but the 2" difference doesn't matter when doing the same work. I used the 8" and first, it was great to be able to quickly fold it up and stow it in pocket while doing something else, then quickly grab and back to cutting. I could almost flip it open like a switchblade. We we cutting a lot of woody invaders to the prairie (surrounded by development) and this saw got the job done. I'd been using my old stationary, much longer blade and this was awesome. I retired the old saw. What was being cut ranged from soft to hard wood, some dried and burned and hard! I'm going to return a 10" (because I tossed the packaging for the 2nd) only because the size of the 8" is easier to handle and it can cut anything that a 10" could, and the shorter size makes it a little more stable when working pretty quick. At the currently $8, the 8" is a bargain. It also appears to be the same knife as a name brand sold on Amazon and in local hardware/garden centers without the brand name. You can't go wrong with either, but the 10" won't cut anything more than the 8" can, and I found the 8" is more stable. And compared to the standard large, non-folding saw, like my old trusty one, this 8" is a lot more productive and compact to make the work go faster.

Folding pruning saw
Worked great for cutting branches that had fallen from a storm. Six inches at the base. Aggressive and sharp teeth. Definitely recommend!
