Will this let me play music thru my usb on a galaxy note 10?

It can, but you might need to enable audio out through the settings (which a how-to can be found online). I know the newer ones enable the audio out through the usb already, not sure about the Note 10.

Does the audio quality in music improve on an LG V series?: LG V20, LG V30, etc. Thank you

I felt like my LG V30 was a little better, but since that phone is pretty old now, I've moved on to a Galaxy S21 FE that doesn't have a 3.5mm jack, so...

Does this support trrs for microphone?

That's a great question. So good that I tried to find an answer and couldn't find a full set of specs anywhere. What I did find were a number of magazine reviews that were all positive except for 1 which gave it a good review with 1 negative point that it can't handle iems that require a lot of power and even then they were acceptable.
