Wow!! Helped me a lot with my fissures. I had multiple fissures and due to lot of driving, work and stress and eating outside food it just kept getting worse. Pain was unbearable nd I kept taking painkillers to somehow go through the day. I came across this medicine in youtube and also checked it out here on amazon.
