Motorcycle Lift
I've been looking at Amazon and other places, for a good lift for my bike. I have a 2000 Harley-Davidson Fatboy, monster softail. I do all of the maintenance on any bike and I've had a few over many decades. This is the first time I've purchased a lift. I was very shocked how low the price was for the quality of the lift. It is rated for 1500 lbs. The Fatboy is kicking close to 700lbs. This lift, Easily lifts and lowers the bike. No stress, strain, creeking etc. Does not wobble when lifting, also, I can easily move the bike around when it's lifted, using the tall , long handle. On a flat, firm surface, asphalt or concrete, it's very easy to pull and push the bike around on the lift. The lift rails are generous, wide and long. You can easily work under the bike, accessible to the drain plugs, and general cleaning/inspection. Nice to be able to spin the tires completely. I can crawl under the bike as well. There is a heavy duty , steel safety bar. As you lift , the safety bar travels over steel notches on the floor rails. They lock in, as a secondary safety feature, it will not drop and hurt you or the bike. Pump is very strong and heavy duty. Great paint job, front wheels are very heavy duty and roll easy. Rear casters are great, easily steer the lift. The lift is extremely low profile, can very easily slide under any bike etc. Foot peddle for lift is strong and the lower peddle to drop the lift is strong too. I paid 104.00 for this lift. It was on sale. As a 30 year biker, I've had a few bikes, and tons of equipment and tested lots of contraptions. This is a 10/10 , hits all quality and reliability points. Can't beat the price. I've purchased many Vevor products, and I've never been let down I highly recommend this lift.

Absolutely beastly motorcycle jack!
This thing is an absolute beast, very heavy, very well built. Will fit anything bike with a frame (bought this for my ninja and can't use it on the ninja, but i have other cruiser bikes it works with). Seems a bit pricey but when you see how heavy duty this beast is, it's well worth the money, although it probably doesn't need it, the lock feature is nice to have.. this thing is the real deal when it comes to motorcycle lifts!

Shaky
The MC stand arrived quickly and packed well for the shipping to Hawaii. I gave it four stars because the instructions for assembly is bad but not hard to figure out. More importantly, it is not as stable as I hoped it would be. My MC weighs over 850 pounds and when I raise it with the jack it wants to lean over to either side, the first time it leaned to the right and the second time it leaned to the left with the jack in the same place at the center of gravity of the MC. It does lift the MC with no problem but does need to be tied down good and the tiedowns need to be adjusted as the MC goes up.

It’s a nice lift, recommended.
Very nice lift, easy to assemble, and works well. Very happy with this lift. It’s a good fit for my bike and lifts fast and smooth, lowers smooth and fast all with your feet. The locking bar is a great safety feature and provides much needed stability while the bike is on the lift, and is small enough to store easily and not take up too much space.

Only buy this jack if your a welder!
First off seems like a great bike lift, especially, for the price. Went together fine no missing parts, well packed, instructions sub par. That said, I put it all together and slid the jack under my Honda BIG Ruckus PS250 (overgrown scooter) and jacked up the bike 1". Then tried the lowering pedal to see how easy it would be go down. So I pushed the pedal and It immediately released -but went into FREE FALL 😳 and dropped HARD the 1" to the shop floor. Even from that height the bike bounced off the floor and almost fell over onto me!!! Had the lift been at full height and I'd pushed the foot pedal release, I'd be writing this from the ER...there is NO adjustment to slow the rate of decent it just drops like a rock. There are the 3 "safety" stops but good luck working those when its in free fall! SOOOO at the end of the day I still needed a jack for my bike. Lucky for me I have a welder and an eye bolt and extension nut laying around and welded them to the jack frame to controll the speed of lowering. By screwing the eye bolt in to the base of the foot release I could infinitly controll the drop rate, and surprise it worked GREAT! Anyway I'll be cutting off the pedal to avoid an accidental contact and release. I did read some other reviews that warned of the free fall but dismissed them as user error, it ain't, its just a HORRIBLE design. You just have to wonder if the designer ever used this jack with a 1/2 ton bike on it or anything else for that matter. With my screw release "upgrade" the jack works great. DONT BUY THIS JACK UNLESS YOU CAN MAKE THIS MODIFICATION unless ofcourse you don't like your bike!Well this is a first for me, I've never had to update a review, but after figuring out a way to actually lower my bike safely I raised it fully and discovered that under the load of my bike the safety catch missed locking into the last cog by about 3/8"!!! The good news is if you remove the locking mechanism arm from the frame mounts then insert behind the last cog you will be able to reinstall the locking arn back into its brackets and thereby locking the jack in the fully up position. Yes you could also grind it down to fit so that it actually worked! I'm storing my bike on this jack so this is an inconvenience for me but a pain in the neck (and unsafe) if your trying to use it as designed(?).If your really using a jack like this a lot I'd recommend spending more and buying a better quality product especially when you consider the kinda damage a 1000 pound bike can do to your body falling 17 inches on top of you...just saying 😉

Cannot contact customer service.
I've had this lift for about 1.5 years and only used it 5 times to work on my Harley. The last 2 times I used it, the lift will not hold a position. I raise it about 3-4 inches and don't lock it down because I don't need it that high. The lift comes down within 2 minutes with the motorcycle on it. Without the motorcycle it still comes all the way down in a couple of hours.I've tried contacting customer service by email on their website to see what the problem is but the email comes back as "undeliverable". I did get a response to send a video but email keeps coming back as undeliverable. No phone contact.I like the lift, but good luck contacting CS.
