Packaging: Take your time unpacking this item. Shipped in one box. Well protected, well packed, well secured in the box. Open the bottom of the box first. turn the box upright and lift the box off of the packed bike. It will stay "intact". The Bike: Great item. Worth every penny. Took some time and effort to put together but the manual is very detailed. Tools are included (you will need a wire cutting tool for the big zip ties). Once I had it together, it took up less floor space then I thought. Best features: Overall construction is very good. Very strong with great support. My number 1 is the back rest. I do a hand weight set while peddling and the large back rest is a must for what I do. No more back pain like after a workout on the old "upright" bike. I would recommend this item to anyone.

This recumbent bike is just what I needed! The price was right and when my nephews were here they put it together. It's taking me a while to get in the habit of riding it every day, but I am doing it more every week. Since reading is one of my hobbies I've discovered that this Caromix bike is perfect for me. The seat is broad and the back support is superb, so I can sit and read easily for 1/2 hour. The other day I didn't look up for 40 minutes! When I first got on the bike I thought the seat was much too close to the controls, but I looked in the user's manual and found that it was very easy to push the seat backwards, so I did. I adjusted the resistance downward easily and I suppose I will turn it up someday. The important thing is that I'm exercising my legs pedaling my bike. If you buy this bike be aware that there is only one package of hardware. The second level of putting it together involves hardware that is pre-installed at the factory at the places where the remainder of the bike pieces are put together. That's actually a great help! It's easy.

Little backstory, I want to begin my fitness journey and I am a complete beginner. I thought about a peloton or Nordic track but didn’t want to purchase an expensive bike until I establish good habits first. I am on the heavier side so the 350 max weight is what I need. I put together the bike as soon as it was delivered. It was packaged very well, not too heavy, I slid mine to the area where I will use it but a dolly would help. Most of it was put together you just put the bottom stabilizers, seat, handlebars and monitor on, it took me about 30 - 45 minutes and all tools were included. The bike is very well put together, it’s strong and sturdy and the flywheel is smooth and quiet - almost silent! Great value for the price. I gave it a test ride and it held up just fine. So glad I got this and not the others and if you can find a free 2-3 month fitness subscription you can give yourself a great start to the new year health/fitness wise. Can’t speak to long term but I don’t see any down side to it, I have zero regrets here.

Great bike, easy to assemble but a little to compact for anyone 6 ft or over. If I had it to do over I would order one with more leg extension. Other than being a compact everything else would be a 5 star.

It's is a bit tedious to put together but if this old lady can do it anyone can. It's just what I wanted, doesn't make noise, I can ride it and watch my TV at the same time. The perfect thing for being shut in in the cold Midwest winters. Good value, sturdy up to 300lbs . Winner in my book.

Purchased this for my mom for her 74th birthday. It's perfect for her, she had 2 autoimmune diseases that limit her activities and she wanted to get some of her energy back. It's very comfortable and really works her leg muscles. She's always been active and on the go her whole life. She was getting depressed with being so limited, especially in the winter months but this helped get her moving again. She doesn't use the to monitor her progress yet because she's just getting started but everyday, she adds a little more time to her workout and she's walking better. We couldn't be happier with the results. It's very sturdy and the noise level is minimal. Definitely worth the money and not too hard to assemble, my sister put it together for her and she's 57 with health issues of her own.
