Doesn’t make me feel jumpy or jittery, just a pretty even boost for a couple solid hours!

The flavor is great and lasts a long time, which surprised me. A little pricey but worth it.

This product offer small amount of caffeine intake in gum form. The flavor is a litte strong and the hardness is average with great texture.

I really like this gum, great flavor and energy boost but I wish there was info on the sweetener used??!! I’m avoiding Sucralose & aspartame and there is no info!

I wanted to chew this gum to help me relax while playing soccer. Normally, I don't consume caffeine—whether in drinks or gum. But on the first day I tried it, my heart started racing, and about 20 minutes in, my vision darkened and I nearly blacked out several times in the field. I never experienced my vision darkening like that before. My heart rate became irregular and spiked unexpectedly all through night. On top of that, a few red spots appeared on my body, especially around my chest, and neck.It seems my body isn't used to caffeine product, and I experienced some serious side effects. After receiving an IV for about two hours, my heart rate gradually returned to normal—from around 130 bpm down to 70 bpm.So, for anyone not used to caffeine gum, please be extremely careful—especially during high-intensity activities like sprinting in sports. Because of that, I'm returning it.

Love the gum! It freshens my breath and clears my sinuses. It opens oxygen to my brain, which I guess helps to keep me smart.
