Great stuff use it all the time. Change them once a month to make sure they continue to work.

Useful as a stop-gap for emergencies, and for some extra water polishing and protection from ammonia if you have just done a big filter clean. For the price it's not worth using regularly, but I like adding a bag after overhauling a filter.

seems to do as it says on the label,the fish are healthy and alert but is this due to my managment of the tank and conditions,but either way together with Fluva products their filters etc it works well,not a bad price either,thanks.
