1. If the IP address of the camera does not appear, please check whether the computer and the camera are in the same network segment. 2. Select the IP and click "IP Batch Setting"to manually modify it so that the camera and NVR are on the same network segment. 3. After successful setting, the camera IP can be successfully searched

Q: Can you flip the picture so the camera can be installed “upside down” from how it’s shown sitting in the pictures?

Hello Customer， We don't recommend you to do this. If you mount the camera upside down, it is easier for rain to get into the camera when it rains. The waterproofing will be greatly weakened.
