I bought one last summer for a quick trip to a friend's wedding. I was SHOCKED at how durable the thing was! In the Seattle airport, I had a 40 minute layover, which is nothing once you are finally off one plane, running through the airport, down the escalator, on to the shuttle, across the platform, on to the next shuttle, up the escalator and down another wing of the airport to get to your flight on time. I had only packed a few days worth of clothes, but I had a VERY large purse with my laptop and other heavy items in it that I had secured around the telescoping handle. I was able to lift everything and swing it around to get where I needed to be, even with all of the weight on it. I was so impressed with it that I bought 2 more for my kids carry-on.After reading reviews, it seems as though the low rated reviews are because people expect checked baggage quality at carry-on luggage pricing. While I do think it could handle being tossed around the cargo belly of the airplane, I bought a carry-on and only need it to be durable enough to get through the airport with me and then chill in the overhead storage.I will say that after my kids suitcases arrived, I realized that my handle was VERY difficult to expand and collapse. I thought it was just me not doing it right somehow, or just the design on the handle, but I think mine is in fact a little production error in the handle only.Wonderful luggage. GORGEOUS colors. Zippers are hefty. Wheels are great in all directions. Overall, highly recommend.

I would like to give the item more stars, as it is a really lovely colour: a turquoise/mint colour that has a nice glossy finish. The rose gold hardware looks really beautiful as well. The zippers and hardware feel sturdy and the retractable handle is sturdy enough, although when fully extended it has more wobble/play than I prefer. Interior is really nice. Shipping was on time.HOWEVER, the reasons I cannot give a great review is the following:1) The fabric that the zippers are sewn into that encircles the entire suitcase is already soiled, despite the suitcase arriving sealed in a plastic bag, inside a cardboard box. See photos. There are brown streaks and spots on the fabric, all the way around and are clearly visible, especially when I unzip the extender.2) The pieces that the wheels are attached to are already dirty.3) Last but not least, what appeared to be a pubic hair (curly, thick, long with its white bulb on the end) was stuck in the main zipper. :0Needless to say, the item itself is lovely, but the condition it arrived in is NOT. I will be seeking to contact the seller and/or Amazon but I don’t feel it’s fair that I pay over $80 for an item and I have to deal with an apparently used item with dirt, pubic hair and now the hassle of dealing with it.

Great carry on. Doesn’t fit as a carry on when flying with air Canada unless its zipped up. I have not tried any other airline. I was able to sit on it and get it zipped up! Sturdy. Rolls great. No real issues plus it’s cute.

It lasted me many rough trips while still looking cute! Strong wheels that could thread on cobblestones for a long time without breaking apart.
