It has no brand name on it, however I can highly recommend it as the measuring gauge is actually engraved into the brass so does not rub off after a lot of jam making. It is a fantastic product and good value for money.

Hi Divechick, The measurement from the top of the handle is 24cm. The measurement of the brass thermometer is 20cm. It's an excellent purchase.

Is this thermometer suitable for an induction hob?

This should be fine to use with an induction hob as it shouldn't be affected by the magnetic field created by the induction hob
