This is a plain knitted uterus in your choice of colours. This ante-natal teaching aid is perfect for teaching how the cervix expands curing labour and birth. It measures approx. 27cm (10.5") across at the widest part and 28cm (11") long. The cuff is approx. 10cm(4") unstretched and considerably wider stretched. I've threaded a ribbon through the cuff; just untie the ribbon and let the doll push the cuff open slowly to show how the cervix stretches during birth.
