I’ve been using the Acupoint Physical Massage Therapy Ball Set regularly, and it’s been a game-changer for my weightlifting and martial arts training. I often struggle with tight knots, especially around the back of my shoulder blade, and these massage balls have helped relieve that tension like nothing else. This is great for rolling out on. I fist used a set of these in a yoga class. The only thing about these is the tote is not as soft as some others I’ve used. I use it directly on my skin so it can be a little irritating. The balls are slightly on the smaller side but it works ok for me since they fit in between my shoulder blades.

These were just like the description and worked very well. I used them for deep tissue massaging.

I love these. They are such great little massage balls. I use them for my back and sore muscles. They’re really lightweight yet hard. They relieve a lot of my back pain. Great value for the price.

Exactly what the wife was looking for. She says at first it hurts like hell to lay on these as per what she needs for her upper and lower back but after some time, the relief she felt was amazing.

So these arrived 20 minutes ago. I've been wiggling about on the floor with one of these each side of my spine, rolling them up and down to get the knots out my back. Oh my goodness, it has helped the tension so much and I'm in quite a zoned out and relaxed state now. Husbands currently on the floor having a go now and the dog thinks he is hiding her ball under him 😆 But, amazing product, think we will be using regularly for muscle pain relief!
