Excellent product — got fooled by the size of the packaging — but once opened it was the perfect ordered size ! Looks comfortable…will write more after using the mattress for a few weeks

Poor Quality & No Response from Support
I purchased this spring mattress and within one month it started making loud noise whenever I wake up, turn, or even stand on it. The spring noise is very irritating and completely disturbs sleep. A new mattress should not have such problems so early. This clearly feels like a quality or manufacturing issue. What is even more disappointing is that I contacted customer support regarding this issue, but no one has replied yet. There has been no response, no follow-up, and no solution provided so far. Due to the noise, comfort is badly affected and sleep quality is ruined. I am very unhappy with both the product quality and customer service. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone.

It's not as firm as I expected, tendency to sink in when u sleep on it But it's easy on the body and u will not have aches and pains. A little firmer would have been great A good buy , nonetheless
