Contact the manufacturer. I know I started with the bottom (putting the legs on) and worked my way up from there.

Is anybody else having problem screwing in bolt on left arm, attaching to chair? I feel like threads aren't connecting with hole drilled into seat.

It's annoying holes don't properly line up as they should. Also makes it way easier if you have someone help you. Even a kid. Lol. That way you can focus on lining up the hole and screwing it in instead of trying to do that while holding the arm in place. Much easier with an extra set of hands that's for sure.
