Best product on the market! Made in the USA!
Canโt go wrong with Chamberlain products. They all work well. I use them on all my leather goods. Amazon has got great prices on these products too. They can make leather darker. Would not recommend on white or ice colored leather.

Happy as a (leathery) clam!
It is clear that these products work. I purchased this set initially to condition a new leather chair that I bought on clearance from a local retailer. Since it was a clearance item, it was in a warehouse-type room and touched by multiple people. It is a stunning read leather chair with wooden arms and it was too good to pass up. Consequently, I wanted to clean it even though it was new. I tested the leather first (as they suggest) and both products were perfectly compatible. (As an aside, they have an AWESOME blog on their website about all things leather and how to care for it. The articles are interesting and written with humor which makes them fun to read.) Both products cleaned the chair well. I actually got more gunk off of the chair with the No.2 conditioner which I assume is partly due to the fact that the No.1 cleaner had loosened things up. The chair is incredibly supple and clean and makes me so glad I ordered these together. I've since gone on to clean and condition my belts (8 or so). A few belts were cracking near the hooking point. One belt in particular seemed all too happy to be conditioned and it is now more supple, moist, and a few of the cracks have disappeared. (Perhaps they weren't really cracks but just the beginning signs of where the leather wanted to crack... I don't know. Either way, it's a happier belt.) My most recent project has been to clean and condition the leather on my piano bench. I have a large vintage grand piano with a concert-style leather artist's bench. These benches alone sell for around $800-1200 new. Mine came with my instrument at purchase but it is an older bench. I'd guesstimate that it is about 50 or so years old (the piano itself dates to 1903!). It's leather wasn't the cleanest and it was plainly evident that the leather was drying out and nearing it's cracking point due to its use and age. The cleaner alone made the bench look nearly brand new again. After applying two coats of No.2 a few hours apart, the leather is quite supple and clearly much happier. I have no doubt that this conditioning helped add many years to the bench. The leather is darker, it is soft and supple, and some of the cracking has sealed/healed/abated... (however you want to put it). These two bottles paid for themselves 10x over on this project alone! Having a new baby on the way, I have a peace of mind that if there's ever spit-up on my brand new rocker, I have a very easy and effective way to immediately clean it right up before there's ever a problem. They are worth having for this peace of mind. I'll wrap this up since it's time to go do all my shoes and my leather coat....

Very effective!
Removes grime and restores leather without excessive shine, unlike the cheap stuff. The "buy more than you need" message is a little obnoxious, but the product is worth it to get leather belts, wallets, jackets & bags looking great.

Cleaned built up sun screen spots on our leather sofa
After looking at many leather cleaning products on-line, I came across a web page for Chamberlain's Leather Milk that had information for all different types of leather cleaning/conditioning problems. Our leather sofa (about 20 years old) was getting spots on it from sunscreen that we had applied daily on our arms. Until we retired a couple years ago, my husband's spot on the couch was the only area that had some yellowing due to sunscreen. Since I was now using sunscreen on a daily basis, I started to notice yellow spots on my side of the couch from my arms. THAT really bugged me. In reading some information from Chamberlain's, I decided to purchased the #2 Cleaner and #1 Conditioner. I did as suggested and tried both products on an unobtrusive area. I chose the bottom of one of the seat cushions. I applied both the cleaner and conditioner in 2 separate areas there and all was good. I saw no difference in color. Yay! I tried out the cleaner on one of the spots on the base of a cushion and WOW, yellowish and dirty colored sunscreen came up easily on the pad. I kept switching to clean spots on the pad and soon the whole pad was dirty. I didn't want to oversaturate the area, so I stopped working on it and figured I would come back to it another day. After that initial cleaning I applied some conditioner. Before I used the pads, I sent Chamberlain's an e-mail to see how I should clean the pad. They said hand cleaning was fine; just make sure all the soap was out. They replied back within 1/2 hour. Awesome! I shared a couple more e-mails with them -- so delighted they were available if I needed help. Today I did some more cleaning. I re-cleaned the cushion base area I initially worked on. Not much came up on the bad. I think I'm happy with that spot. I cleaned another spot on the back of the couch. That came off pretty easy. With the backside of the cleaning pad I started on my husband's arm cushion. Wow. Lots of dirty stuff came off on the pad. I had to quit because the pad was too dirty to continue. The area is a bit tacky, from the softened sunscreen, so my husband will probably want to use a towel on that area until I get it entirely cleaned. After that, I can do spot cleaning as needed. I also bought a long-sleeved linen shirt to wear while I sit on the couch so I can avoid more spots. I don't think I can convince my husband to do the same. Oh well. At least I have the tools to clean it now. Now I'm looking forward to using the conditioner in my car. Thanks so much for an awesome product and customer service, Chamberlain's Leather Milk!!

two bottles of magic potion--best leather cleaner and conditioner i've used
i bought both the conditioner and the cleaner, although to date i have just used the former. A day or so after i bought it i applied a small amount of conditioner to a pair of $700 boots. I had planned to apply a full coat once i determined that the stuff didn't do any harm and that it worked. Indeed it did--so much so that haven't needed the second coat. More than anything that is what impressed me--it works quickly and efficiently. It took me 10 minutes to apply it to a pair of Frye harness boots and i used maybe one teaspoon for each boot. Any product, i don't care how good it works, if it is difficult or time-consuming to use, i'll probably never use it. For this product, no special applicator required; i don't have to mix it with another liquid, no multiple coats, etc.--dead simple and it works. my boots were, when new, a light carmel color, and applying any leather conditioner will inevitably darken the leather. This product did make them darker but only slightly--far less than a light coat of mink oil.

Great Product Combo For The Money
Great combo product at a good price. The cleaner did a great job at removing built up dust, and prepared it for the lineament. We used it on a leather ottoman that was showing some wear. Looks great.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE CHAMBERLAINโS!!! THE VERY BEST!!!!!!
OMG!!!!!! Chamberlainโs Milk Leather Cleaner and Conditioner / Moisturizer is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! It literally restored several of my leather items that were really worn and dry, and made them look shiny, feel very soft and supple, water beaded off of the leather so it also will help to protect the leather. Both the Milk Cleaner and Conditioner /Moisturizer are easy to apply. Only a little is needed to clean or moisturize quite a large area. I just rubbed it in with a soft cloth, left it in for a few minutes, then buffed it off. I used the white sponge looking item included for the buffer. My driest handbag literally โdrank inโ the conditioner / Moisturizer. I cleaned, moisturized and conditioned eight to nine items : three Leather Jackets and five to six large to extra large size leather tote , hobo, or shoulder handbags, and used only one third of a bottle of each of Chamberlainโs Milk Leather Cleaner and Conditioner /Moisturizer. Chamberlainโs does say to test an area first. One of my handbags did darken, but it added to the beauty of the leather. For my Pebble Leather Handbags, it was perfect. It may not remove all stains, as noted on the bottle, but it did for most. Chamberlainโs is my go to for ALL of my Leather goods from now on!!!!!

Eh, I probably didn't use it right
I ordered this to use on my leather shoes I wear almost daily as they had developed some smudge marks from rubbing. This product took the dirt out of my shoes no problem, but it also killed the sheen on my shoes as well. I am a little bummed because they are my favorite pair of shoes, but I also know nothing about properly caring for leather shoes so it was probably user error. The conditioner did make the leather nice and soft after the cleaner, so I probably have to just shine my shoes old school style to get the sheen back. Either way, the cleaner did its job definitely, conditioner did condition, but maybe I didn't have realistic expectations.

Cleaning milk is excellent but I'm not impressed with the conditioner
The cleaning liquid is excellent and leaves the leather matt and feels quite nice but the conditioner makes the leather shinny, yet dull and a bit sticky. I tried the conditioner on my hiking boot and it disappointed me by leaving it dull, yet made my camera bag left a bit shiny and sticky! I would say in comparison, Chamberlain's Leather healing balm that comes in a tub is a better product made by the same people!

avevo bisogno di un buon prodotto ed ero sicuro che lo fosse.
il polish, per un divano molto sporco e stato un po^ insufficiente, alcontrario la crema nutriente, ottima. Prodotto abbastanza costoso.
