XerFit Exercise Bike

Assembly instructions clear and simple. Pitch the assembly tool, and use something stronger as it will bend. Seat comfortable and the bicycle will fit a six footer. After a couple of uses, i tightened the bolts up a little once the split washers had properly seated. All in all, good value for money and well made.

Quite easy to put together. Not heavy to move. Adequate for my use. Good price.

Right, this is an exercise bike that cost £70 with the opportunity for "Expert Assembly" for an extra charge, I spent roughly 30 minutes (Including sorting out the kids) to put this bike together and another hour (Roughly) trying it out.The Expert Assembly isn't needed, probably one of the only good things I can say about this bike is that the assembly instructions are fairly easy so if you are going try this don't pay the extra.The tools that come with the bike are the standard multi tools that you get with most purchases on here ( Not good quality, often loose and bend before you tighten the nuts and bolts properly) so if you going to try this bike bring your own tools (Adjustable spanner at minimum)The bike itself once put together can hold my weight, 5'11" average build, not too bad.Tension of the bike is adjustable, it ranges from non-exsistant to really low, if you follow the instructions to increase the tension you might believe that nothing happened (If you have ever ridden a bike on a steep downhill that's where you're starting from, where you end up isn't much different.)Seat position is definitely not the best, sat way too far forward with no way to move farther back for any king of cycling motion to feel comfortable (More to come to the cycling part later) and fixed, the seat has three bolts which hold it in place (No tilt adjustment) and is height adjustable (Using the back screw.)The bike comes with an LCD screen which I can't really comment on because I didn't have batteries.Cycling, if you have ever been on a bike (On a hill or going on a flat surface,) you know what cycling feels like and that's what you expect when you buy an exercise bike (Or something really close) that's NOT what you get with this (Unless you riding a bike with a few teeth missing) riding this bike is jolty not a little jolty but extremely jolty, you don't get the feeling you're on a bike, you feel like you're trying (unsuccessfully) to kick start a motorbike.On the odd occasion you get a fully rotation without hurting you knees you'll notice that the machine is loud....very loud.Summary:-Do not buy this, don't think "It's cheap and will do what I need it to do" that's what I thought and it doesn't, it doesn't ride smooth, it hurts, it's loud.Now I'm awaiting a refund (It costs money to send it back, over £20 in my case) I'm extremely disappointed, if I had the opportunity to go back in time I'd rather buy a broken secondhand bike and ride that around.If you buy this bike you will regret it, you will either keep it in a box, regret the £70 you've spent or send it back, either way you won't enjoy it.

I gave four stars to easy to assemble because it was assembled by my friend as I'm not good at these things. He took less than hour to do it. Rest of the things are fine. Yet to start using it but it looks good. It consumes less space and it is light weight as well.

Seat is really uncomfortable, it will need an extra layer if you're buying it. The pedals do not make you feel like your on a bike at all, the whole movement of the rotation feels narrowed, the straps ripped off easily, it makes a squeaky noise every 2 seconds, the monitor got disconnected and broke the reader, what bothered me the most was the resistance, I turned it to the max and still feels like there's no pressure at all. I do not recommend buying this at all. Huge mistake.

This bike is really easy to put together I was cycling within an hour of it arriving. The seat is comfy and its a good size for me im 6ft.However the pedal tension isn't really that good and it's very noisy to pedal with a loud squeak and after 1 week the straps on the pedals broke.I would say this bike is quite sturdy and well made apart from the pedals and pedal mechanism which is the reason for buying an exercise bike

The bike arrived within two days of ordering and was put together and used within half and hour thanks to a user-friendly instruction guide. It is sturdy and great quality for the price.

Saddle quality poor. Everything else ok
