Decent taste and goes down smooth without any clumps. It also doesn't upset my stomach like some other protein shakes. Overall, they are more expensive than some other brands but the positives make it paying a little more worth it.

These shakes are great. I don't have time for breakfast in the morning, and these keep me from getting hungry from 4 to 6 hours. Depends on activity level and metabolism. It is easy just refrigerate shake open and enjoy. I have only tried the Vanilla and the banana and they both taste great. They are smooth and not chalky tasting. It lists several ingredients that include dairy, and it is not labeled as dairy-free. Additionally, it is noted that it contains a trivial amount of lactose, making it suitable for individuals following a lactose-free diet. I am lactose intolerant and do not have any issues. Personal results may vary. They are a little on the pricey side, but worth it when you don't have time to eat an actual meal. I have had other brands, and I am still hungry after drinking them or shortly after. Others just taste like chemicals, and I just can't do it. I am on the late shift now and not worried about breakfast. When I go back to days I will definitely get more.

Wonderful way to stay nurtured if you’re trying to cut back on your calories intake without losing your energy. I bring them to work and also do my own with spinach and kale 🥬 every morning.

I love this product! I've bought it multiple times. I just throw it in my purse and go. I've used it as a meal supplement (especially when I don't have time to take a break) or a snack in the middle of my day. It tastes like a vanilla milkshake-has 170 calories and 2g of sugar which is great. I feel full and I don't have any cravings afterwards.

I'm prepping for bariatric surgery and these were on the approved liquid diet list, so I bought them. The taste is okay, but I shook mine up a lot to mix it well and that made it become very frothy, which trapped a lot of air in it and the air made my stomach hurt. I burped, and it didn't help. An hour later, my stomach still hurts, my intestines aren't happy, and I've already had to use the bathroom. I don't do well on Ensures, either; whatever is in Ensure that causes gastro distress is probably also in this. There are other protein shakes out there that don't cause gastro distress. If you're prepping for surgery (or anything else) you might want to shop around a bit before you buy a case of these.
