Let me say this, this machine is AWESOME! I did my first 10 minutes on to try it out. Once I was done, I felt light and good all over. I had been experiencing gas pains in my stomach. Once off the machine the pain was GONE. It was relaxing and soothing. The ease of operation was on point. The vibration was steady and the modes are versatile. I started in walk mode for first. I tested run mode and it was giving, giving. I have a stair stepper but, it is now pushed under my bed. This is now me GO TO for working out. I have nothing negative to say about this product. Packaging, quality and value all in one. 👍🏽 JUST BUY IT! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED....

This plate seems to work at therapeutic levels like the one at my PT. So far it has helped my chronic foot pain. The remote is convenient and easy to use. The unit is small enough that it is fairly portable and easy to store out of sight. Yet it is large enough that I can stand comfortably on it.

This arrived very fast. The packaging was excellent. Literally no set up- just plug it in and ready to go!! It felt super sturdy and easy to use! I would definitely buy this again and I’m excited to recommend this to my family!

Its great! Its works and it provides relief to my lower back. It's easy to move from room to room yet it feels steady and secure when im using it. Instructions are easy to follow and comprehend. The bands it comes with allow me to work on upper strength and I didnt have to purchase separately.

My first machine was sent back because the remote control stopped working after the first used. I received the second machine on Sunday and today (Wednesday) the elastic band broke and almost hit my eye. Be careful. POOR QUALITY

Easy to use, perfect size & not too loud. You can watch tv while you use it. Ive been using it for several months & I believe its helping to lower my overnight glucose spike. Im on level 6 and I do 10 min in the evenings. I use the resistant bands to strengthen my arms as Im on it & I can tell those are working also, my arms are getting firmer & stronger. Im 190lbs & it feels stable even though its a small size. Great buy!

I really like how this makes me feel after using it. I usually stay on it for 30 minutes. I feel very energized after. I gave it only 3 stars because the manual doesn’t give much information as to the difference in the levels AND the cord is so short you need an extension cord to be able to use it.

The machine worked great once I figured out how to use it. The manual is not explicit about setting the various speeds and workout levels. Also, the manual pages that explained basic use were too grayed out to see clearly. A better manual would have raised my score.

I really like this! It was a gift & love it so much buying one for myself! Colour is great! Low noise. Easy clip hand stretch bands! Easy to use buttons on device, with optional remote! Fair price! You can feel blood moving! It is also stress relief just loosing up tension! Thsnks

The media could not be loaded. I own 3 full size very expensive vibration machines because I find it helps with a variety of issues so I was hesitant to buy this less expensive vibration plate but I am just wowed by this one! It works just as well as my expensive ones but this one is portable and also fits nicely under my desk so that I can use it while working. It's very very quiet compared to my large loud expensive one. I love that it also has 120 levels. It comes with resistance bands as well as a remote control which is a nice perk.

The item arrived as expected and on time, unfortunately, the resistance bands broke on the very first use. There is no option to contact this seller to receive any support. I don't want to return the full vibration plate when it's just the bands that are the issue. Amazon isn't even able to contact the seller on my behalf.... I suggest looking for another vibration plate and most definitely purchase through another seller.
