No, I had to order one from the manufacturer. Go directly to their website.

Q: Does this jig allow drill through of both sides of pipe or tubing?

Yes, works great. Comes with 3/16 and 1/4 drill bushings.

Q: where could I order additional bushings?

Not sure, maybe contact drill rite or aircraft tool supply? Bushings are set with screws they have to be replaceable. Used it in a pinch while mag drill was out of service. Worked great drilled a few hundred holes a day for about a week. Used no oil couldnt believe it stood up to the task.
