This dollhouse is adorable and has so many cute accessories. It kept my child entertained for hours and the quality is better than I expected. Assembly took a little time, but it was worth it. Highly recommend!

This is a very poor item. It’s a lot to assemble with the instructions provided. Once up, the cardboard pieces you place for the “house” walls-constantly fall off. 10 minutes into playing with it, my granddaughter was dressing one of the dolls and the dress Velcro pulled off one side. I will be returning this product.

Came with the wrong instructions. Very cheap and flimsy. Broke a couple parts just trying to figure it out. The dolls are the quality you'd find at the dollar store. That being said, it's a good size and comes with furniture etc. It's worth it if you're on a budget and have A LOT of patience. Have had it for 7 months and it's not in the best condition. My daughter doesn't play hard either...

It’s okay not very durable but it works for the price

My daughter was very happy with her Dream house. It was easy to assemble and very fun actually. I enjoyed the process. But you can switch up the design of the house and make however you like. I believe this play house is worth the value. We are very happy with it

I really like all of the pink and I most especially like the four little dolls and the retro-style look of the entire set. There is one page of what is intended to be instructions - but I found it better/easier to just look at the photo on the box and try to figure it out from there. It took about an hour plus a smidgen to get from out of the box to fully assembled and 'decorated' with the stickers on the furniture and such. Even if you're very good at assembly (which I count myself in that group) it's just time consuming as there are so many pieces. Unless you are gifting this to an older girl (in which case, I would say this set is too young for them), I highly recommend fully assembling and gifting the finished house as a 'ta da!' surprise. Having a little 'helper' will just make assembly take longer and probably frustrate both as there are many steps where things are a bit tricky (e.g., have to hold cardboard wall in place while adding next floor above it). It does come with a small mat to optionally put under the assembled house. Mat has yard/neighborhood type graphics. This doll house does take up a bit of space so make sure you have room for it. You can move it, but too much juggling will most likely result in having to rebuild it. Good for younger girls - maybe up to age 8. Lots of furniture pieces. I feel it's a pretty good toy for the cost.
