This was fantastic for traveling with IVF medications while having to travel for work out of state. It kept my medications at the right temp for far longer than 24 hours, we had one day were there was no freezer to repack or a fridge and I was so worried it would fail. I love the temp gauge on top that showed me what temp it was at the whole time. I loved that it also looked like a water bottle so nobody questioned what they were. Overall 10/10 and am so glad I purchased.

This is great for travel, I went through TsA no issues with it . Kept it nice and cold during a couple day mailing as well! Love the color and the extra ice pack is great. Temp is spot on! Great value , easy to use and held my glp perfectly. Needles also fit in perfectly.

After weeks of research and looking, decided on this brand and got the ‘better’ one with the temp display on top. Driving for 3 days, from FL to Canada, with my injection pen (Kesempta) for MS and hubby’s insulin. My pen is a big one but none of the manufacturers seem to have my med on their lists. (Closest of the larger pens are the Ozempic pen). I ordered this one anyway; if it didn’t fit, I could always return it. Pleased when it arrived to fined out it did fit (see my video). Plenty of room to add hubby’s insulin pen beside (but no more than that). If we were going longer I would order another for my hubby. Good value and seems very sturdy. Just like a insulated coffee mug/cup. Comes with 2 little bags to put your injections in so they don’t get damp from condensation. Also comes with an emergency water tank/fill in case something happens to the blue freezing stuff. Very confident my medication will make the journey to Canada mor comfortable than perhaps I will 😉😜! I do recommend this product as it’s easy to put together. (Website is a bit confusing however getting my info on the scanning part of the app… doesn’t want to save anything 🤷🏼‍♀️)

Fine for insulin pens but vials or cartridges for insulin pumps don't work great in here. Tried wrapping the cartridge in a paper towel but still got way too cold against the ice pack which takes up 2/3 the room inside the cooler. Wish someone would design a long lasting double vacuum for other types of diabetic medicine because as far as I can tell it doesn't exist in the market.

Fits vial and can hold the cold for 24 hours. We used this 2x during our overseas travel, no issues. Reasonable price and sturdy.

never knew what I was missing. This little item is great. The ice pack makes this easy to store in my top desk drawer, rather than using the old school pouch that you have to put in the fridge. Allows for privacy while keepings your meds at the proper temperature.

تحتفظ بدرجة الحرارة بشكل ممتاز كنت اتمني ان يكون هناك عبوة جل إضافية او حتي اخري قابلة للشراء عبوة الجل عند وضعها في الحافظ تحتفظ بالبرودة تحت 15°c لمدة ٢٤ ساعة ثم ٢٤ ساعة اخري تحت ٢٤° وهو أمر لم مذهل لاني دائما ف العمل واحتاجها فترات طويلة اشتريت جل مبرد كبديل لعبوة الجل ليكون دائما عندي بدائل العبوة تعرض درجة الحرارة وهذا مذهل

I can't say it keep 60 hour cooling effect as our flight was 24 hour and need to change the cooler and but for small travel plan it's a good option

Excellent product.. although the temperature is fixedly in Fahrenheit not Celsius, am not familiar with the Fahrenheit system and i couldn't find a way to change it

Father used it for his insulin pens when he went to Cuba. Went through security with no issues. They looked inside swabbed and said have a nice trip.
