This is an excellent little cart. It rolls easily and holds a TON of clothes, so it is quite functional. It looks great and it keeps my family of six's clothes from ending up everywhere in the laundry room. Surprisingly, it fits pretty well in my tight laundry room and being able to roll it out is a great help in the tight space. It should be pretty easy to remove the basket and wash it. It arrives in a surprisingly small package, which of course means there is a great deal of assembly. The assembly is a bit of tedious, with lots of bolts to install. I recommend using your own tools, ideally a hex bit on an electric driver to make quick work of the bolts.

If you need a huge laundry basket, this one is it! It’s big enough to hold things like dog beds, comforters, etc., but also just narrow enough to get through standard inside doors. It rolls super smoothly. It did take a while to put it together, considering the 40 or so pieces, with lots of screws to tighten. It was really easy to assemble, just tedious. Took about 30 minutes. It feels secure and the clips to hold up the bag seem like they’ll do the job just fine, especially since there is a base to the cart that will take the brunt of the weight. The height is great, too. I’m 5’3” and I can reach to the bottom, no problem. The bottom is more narrow than the top, as seen in the pictures, so that helps to make sure the wheels don’t catch in doorways. The only I’ve had so far is figuring out where to store the thing. It’s too big to keep anywhere that would make perfect sense. I’ve stuck it in our laundry room for now, but that means rolling it out each time I need to get in there. Our laundry room is long and narrow, so while it fits, it’s not a perfect setup to have to remove the cart to get inside.

Like most other reviews are saying this takes a bit of time to put together. Thankfully, it's worth it in the end. If you have a large family or do a lot of laundry at one time regardless then I would suggest getting this cart. I would say that this took me a little over an hour, maybe 1 hour and 15 minutes, to comfortably put this together at my own pace. You can employ a power drill on a low setting to help drill in some of these bits, but do be sure not to over tighten. Every part is labeled correctly and sorted in separate bags to remove any confusion for setup. The manual explains how all the pieces fit together clearly with accurate, clean, large drawings of each step of the process. It came with the right amount of bits as well as a couple extra, which is always a plus to me for those of us who have a tendency to lose a screw when installing. Once together, it felt sturdy, the only thing that was a little off was some loose threads on the edges but can easily be cut off with a pair of scissors. The wheels feel great, too, and don't look like they're cheaply made it all. There are two regular wheels and two with locking functions to keep this cart from Rolling away from you if you're on an elevated or slanted surface or even bump into an accidentally. Well worth the time invested to put this together, no parts that felt cheap or were damaged or difficult to attach to each other.

Instructions were easy to follow and though it took a bit the setup was easy. Very sturdy and plenty big enough!

Love how big this cart is! Convenient! I use this for my clean laundry… because who has time to fold right out of the dryer ;) love that it has wheels to move it from one room to the other.

this was kinda hard to assemble, however it is exactly what i needed in terms of size!

Excited but disappointed. I was really looking forward to using this, but the screw holes were either blocked or misaligned, causing every provided screw to strip. I could only assemble the snap-in parts before having to stop 5-mins into it. I’ve contacted Hoctieon support and am waiting to hear whether they’ll send replacement parts or if I need to return it. Will update once resolved. Two weeks in, and I’m still impressed. I originally received the Gray version instead of the Green/Brown I ordered—likely a fulfillment error—but Hoctieon responded promptly and resolved my initial assembly concerns very satisfactorily. The product itself is solid—though the 400L version I chose is massive, almost too big to fit through my wardrobe door (not Hoctieon's fault). I’m now considering the smaller 300L version for better fit through my laundry door. Despite the mix-up, I’ll definitely give them another chance thanks to their exceptional customer care.

Really good size, can't fault it, hence the 5 stars, Not to bad to put together either. Would buy again, no problem at all. One of the best items i've brought of Amazon very pleased with purchase.
