It could use some refinements.
The kit is good but, the part that press the cheese down is too narrow and you must make sure is straight so the cheese is not ticker in one side than the other. The bottom drain holes are kind of big, it allows the curds to get into the holes, once the cheese is dried is hard to undo it from the mold because the cheese sticks on the holes and it breaks apart, maybe smaller holes will help.
