Love these mats for grilling. I originally bought for side mats for my bbq just to keep stainless steel clean. But I started using then to grill..salmon mainly. Salmon grills perfectly. Because they are thin, you get grill marks and a nice carmelization. I thought the thinness was a weakness but its an asset! They clean up so easy too!

I originally bought these to help with grill contamination. Our family is Gluten-free and when we go to other's BBQs there is always the possibility of gluten contamination depending on what else had been placed on the grill. These worked great to ensure our food was safe to eat no matter who's house we were at ! Also, when we went to our family's rental camp, we used these mats on the Blackstone. We again used them to prevent gluten contamination, but what we noticed most was that grill cleanup was super easy. With a camp rental, we wanted to make sure that everything was cleaned well and we ended up using these grills mats for the entire 2 week camp rental. These mats allowed us more time to enjoy each other and less time cleaning up the Blackstone (which can be a pain). They worked so well that both my mother-in-law and sister-in-law ended up buying some for their homes. We will definitely be buying these again!

This makes cleaning your grill a breeze. You still get grill marks, but nothing falls thru the grates. Especially fabulous when grilling vegetables or seafood. The mat is much easier to clean instead of scraping the grill.

Overall for the price they work well As soon as you use them, they look crinkled and not so nice and flat But they washed easily and I would think I could use them several time each before needing to be replaced I did juicy steaks on them, and had a very nice result - charcoal grill Some of the "lines" from the grill don't seem to wash off though

BETTER THAN EXPECTED ,EASY TO CLEAN AND REUSE ......

If you have never tried these you must order some today. We used to use metal grill trays and mesh baskets for vegetables. What a mess. With these, even the smallest vegetables don't disappear into the flames and you still get great grill marks and char. Cleanup is a breeze, just carry the mat into the sink and you are done. Reusable. Great for burgers, meats, chicken and fish.

I purchased these grill mats because my wife & I were staying at an AirBnB for a month and the property had a Blackstone outdoor grill. My wife is very weary of "public cooking surfaces," so we purchased these mats ahead of our travel for use at the property. Once received, we washed the mats (let them dry of course) and placed them atop the grill. They worked as expected! When we were finished cooking we simply used spatula to scrape away all the grease and food residue from the mats into the drip pan, wiped them off with a damp paper towel and they were ready to go for the next meal. I wish I would have taken pictures to illustrate how great it worked, but I was too busy cooking. We did eggs, bacon, and sausage links in the morning. Chicken and home fries in the afternoon, and salmon, pork chops and grilled vegetables in the evening--and of course hamburgers and hot dogs. And the two mats were large enough to cover the entire surface area of the grill, they did not burn or warp and the taste of the food was not compromised at all. I would highly recommend these mats for any outdoor flat top griddle.
