This dishwasher replaced a 13 year old one can't believe how much they have advanced. It is quieter than my old one, it has several programs to choose from everything comes out sparkling clean even on the shortest program, it is also so adaptable can fit so much in it, it's like the tardis lol only thing I was disappointed with was it only had a 2 year warranty I would have been happier if it had been a year 5 warranty

Very happy with this dishwasher. It cleans dishes thoroughly and is easy to use.

This dishwasher was fitted by Amazon deliverers. They had it turned on and working before I knew it. What I didn’t realise was that the door was distorted and when the cycle was finished, opening and closing the door resulted in it catching badly on both sides. This is unacceptable and the machine is unusable as it is. I’m very disappointed and will see how my complaint is dealt with.

This dishwasher cleans really well and has quite a few useful programmes. All in all a good machine with excellent build quality. Great display. As with most dishwashers, quite easy to install in a standard kitchen undertop "gap". Considering the price, excellent value. But if I'm being picky, I would say it does have a few annoying but relatively minor issues: 1) the course filter is quite small and is easily blocked causing an error (really easy to clean it but the manual does not tell you how to clear the error so I have to restart the program from the beginning 2) the upper basket has some side "shelves" in common with most full size dishwashers) intended for small cups or to hold the base of a wine glass. But they never stay in place and regularly fall off. Thinking of using a tie wrap to keep them place... A really small issue in the grand scheme of things but very annoying!! 3) it has the ability to use hot water input - one of the big selling features for me but what the "adverts" fail to say is that this is only more economical if you have a system such as an oil burner rather than a gas combi-boiler otherwise it is probably cheaper to have the dishwasher heat the water.

Before buying this I took advice from Chatbot and I'm glad I did. This machine the AI recommended replaced a very old Bosch dishwasher and it does the job very well indeed. Features include a half full program which works well and most times the eco setting does the job. With Prime it was delivered , installed and the old one taken away, all for free. Now that's what I call service.

I did my research and was totally overwhelmed with the choices. Finally went for the Hisense and cannot get over how good it is. Dishes sparkle and clean. Even egg is washed away. Inerior well designed and flexible, plenty of space. It cost less than my previous dishwasher whch has a great reputation but onlylasted two years. Love it. A bargain A year later and a fault develops, plates and glasses are spattered. It's still under guarantee but there is no customer service. Is it Amazon [they sold it] or Hisesnse [they made it] A game of ping pong develops whereby no one takes responslbity. As the buyer, I'm asked for more and more evidence. Photos, invoices, dates, all are made and broken. Only Amazon shows conceernr but they're not the engineers. Lesson learnt? Hisesnse should be chucked on the nearest tip and don't believe the propoganda

when I ordered it I ticked for just delivery not installation but to have old appliance to be taken away. the driver said he as not been instructed to do that..

Absolutely fine for 2 weeks but the problem reared it's ugly head the door would not open more than a few inches.i contacted Amazon for a repair kept an eye on the status which informed me they had it in the repair shop but it was still in my kitchen. I understand that. Amazon customer services have now offered a replacement.this is the third Hisense appliance I have bought and the first time I have had a problem.the machine itself is absolutely fine very quiet great capacity with plenty of programs to choose from I would recommend it I think the problem was an installation problem not the fault of the machine
