What if my Active pressure washer gun leaks?

The Active pressure washer gun is thread free to prevent leaks. The gun can leak if external material like pipe thread gets stuck in the valve. But the gun is serviceable and can be repaired easily.

Why is there no trigger lock when engaged?

Trigger locks can result in accidental spray causing a safety hazard. The Active gun is designed to be as comfortable as possible without compromising on safety.

How can I make my Active pressure washer gun compatible with my pressure washer setup?

The Swivel gun comes with a ¼” quick connect outlet that is compatible with nozzles, foam cannons and lances. The 3/8” outlet is adaptable with 3/8” QC hoses and may need to be adapted to m22 type hoses by means of an m22-14mm/15mm to 3/8” adapter

What is the operating range of my Active Swivel Gun?

The peak operating range of the Active Swivel Gun is 5000 PSI and 12 GPM this is the max rating and any pressure wahser rated lower than this is compatible for use with the gun. It also have a temperature rating of 300F(150C)

What if my swivel is stiff or faulty?

The swivel is flushed to the internals of the gun and the mechanism is carefully tested to ensure no tightness of swivel. When receiving the gun, the swivel may need a breakin period but it’s smooth as butter from there onwards.
