My kids take these quite happily, though the capsules are quite large so they need to be ok with swallowing large pills. I am a convert to the benefits of magnesium ... recommended for kids with adhd and on Ritalin (which one of my boys is) but also think has been good for my other teenage son.

Bought for my autistic son
He hated these having hightend senses the smell of these aren't nice at all so I ended up throwing them out because the smell was making him gagg, not good for autistic kids that have hyper sensory processing issues Though they did come on time and we'll packed just not right for my son .

They aren’t easy to swallow at all
More honest reviews are needed especially where young children are involved. It says age 2+ yet my 7 year old can’t swallow these tablets as far too big for her. These are small children not adults and when they said easy to swallow I imagined something a lot smaller. My child’s been sobbing over this unable to swallow it and then the taste and smell is unbearable too due to the iron so she can’t eat it or drink it either. We’ve tried in fruit juices and food. It’s awful to be honest and I smelt it myself and absolutely horrible. This just in my opinion isn’t suitable for small children and I completely disagree they’re easy to swallow. If someone had been honest about the size of the capsules I’d never have bought them and they aren’t cheap so I’m not happy to be honest with you and the smell really is horrific
