Quality was degraded and powder was old and crusty!!!
Do not buy this supplement from here. It was discolored, and looked like it had shards of yellow old crumbled supplement sediment!! Such a disappointment as I love his brand!

Fantastic!
This is a fantastic addition to my smoothies. I have been dealing with a ton of hormonal issues and need some extra help. I am so excited to work this in daily and will update you if there are any negatives. So far, 5/5!

2 month supply does not match with recommended serving
The main reason why I give it a 2 start and not 5 is because they are wrongly advertising that it is a 2 month supply. On the back of the product it says 60 servings (60 little scoops) but the recommend take is 2 scoops a day… 60 divided by 2 is 30, 1 month has 30 days on average last time I checked… Math is not mathing. Other than that big misleading info I didn’t really think the flavor was awful, but again I’m not picky with flavors. Now does it work? As someone who has depression and was on medication over 2 years I did notice a difference in my mood, I also feel like it’s important to note that I was 1 year postpartum when I started using it. I did not see (yet) a difference in my menstrual cycle, I am usually regular but after the pregnancy I breastfed for 1 year so we’ll see.

The taste is not great
It’s bland and really hard to choke down but doable.

Seems to give me more energy
I take this just by dumping it directly into my mouth, like I usually do with inositol powder. There are other ingredients in this, but the taste is fine, and it's faster that way. I really like the ingredients on this one, which is why I got it. I like that it contains CoQ10 and Methylfolate, since they are two supplements I already take. I also like that it is liposomal, meaning that I don't have to take the CoQ10 with fat (which you have to do in general.) So far I've noticed a boost in energy after taking this! I only take it earlier in the day because CoQ10 can be stimulating.
