Great pump at a Good Price
Arrived ahead of schedule, awesome pump! Easy to set up and use and cleared 8" of water from my basement with no problem... Highly recommend, but make sure to buy the optional hose set. Does not come with the suction hose.

Great value for your money
works great I’ve used it for pumping out well to help dig it out and we use it to fill the pond. We also use it on a sluce box

Runs 2 to 3 seconds and stops. Engine doesn't start
At this moment I can only give it one star because the engine isn't working. When I pull the starter the engine will run for 2 to 3 seconds and stop. If I try again, it will not start at all. If I wait several minutes I can get it to start but it again stops after 2 to 3 seconds. I've tried with choke opened, closed and tried moving the choke once it starts to run. I've tried having the throttle in multiple positions and get the same results. Oil level is good, switch is on, etc. I've never had a gas engine be so impossible to start.

Best pump I have ever had. Starts easy and runs great. Fills up 1000 L IBC tote in 2 minutes!

Pump is good hose is trash
The pump itself is doing its job perfectly, no complaints there at all. Unfortunately, the hose that came with it is a different story. It feels really flimsy and I'm not sure how long it's going to hold up. I'll probably have to buy a replacement one pretty soon. It's a shame because the main unit is solid.

No quality control
The pump itself works great. The problem was that the air filter cover was loose in box and positively would not fit back on when the water pump was attached to its chassis frame as the chassis tube was in the way. So either the wrong air filter was put on the pump from the factory or the pump was installed in the wrong chassis. The person assembling it didn’t care and shipped it anyway with the cover off. Trying to explain this was impossible and very time consuming. Luckily for me I had a chassis off a broken water pump that fit the new one perfectly allowing me to use it. Every communication was thru text or email and very time consuming. I gave up trying to explain. I’d pay a few bucks more and buy local next time.

Good value ,runs well . Starts easy. Some minor shipping or factory damage. The mount plate for the engine was twisted which caused the air cleaner housing to hit the frame . Nuisance, but easy fix
