This product needs to be used properly. If the motor-head does not sit properly on the upper-exposed blade system stem, the unit will not work and will give the impression that the product is faulty, or does not work at all (this is what I thought when I first reviewd it). However, when a user makes sure that the motor-head sits properly (you'll know when, keep trying until the motor-head sits flat onto the blade system stem), it works like a charm !! This is an excellent product, at a very, very good price. Now, I will not use anything else. I admit it, I was impatient, and I am very, very sorry for giving this product a lousy rating months ago. Ask me questions if you like. I have learned my lesson !!

I didn’t have high hopes for this machine since it’s cheap and small, but I needed a food processor to help with prepping my dog’s food. I use it to chop a lot of spinach, apples, and even slice frozen blueberries, and it handles them surprisingly well. The canister is small, so if you’re processing large quantities, you might want a bigger machine—but the power of this little unit is impressive. I even tried making ice cream once (not enough power for that), but for chopping veggies, it’s perfect. I especially love using it for onions (I hate chopping them by hand). For the price, it’s been amazing. Just know that while it’s not as powerful as a full-sized processor, it still handles tough ingredients like frozen fruit and raw veggies with no problem.

It ran 1 minute and 5 seconds and stopped. Motor smelled like it was burning Put back in the box in 15 minutes of getting it for a return and refund It does not have an on off switch It only has 2 speeds of pulse

Este producto es perfecto para procesar alimentos. Si tienes bebé en casa o te dedicas hacer comida para vender . Este producto te resolverá muchos problemas. Excelente calidad fácil de usar, nada complicado. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Overheats easily but it is a sealed motor so that is to be expected. Don't overload the bowl. Use a pulse method and be mindful of what you are chopping up. Harder stuff like almonds or hazlenuts will take some patience. If it does stop working just let it cool off. Set it outside for 10 minutes.
