Transferred Old SIMM Card - Works Great!
I was dreading all the potential time and hassle setting up this Jetpack. Setup was easy. Moved the SIMM card from my old Jetpack to this new unit and it worked! Speed tests are much faster with this unit. Having a spare battery is a nice plus. Highly recommend this hot spot.

Works well
This Hot Spot replaces one that I've had for over 6 years! It was easy to get connected to my computer. I'm old (78) and I don't like things that I have to fuss over. I only hope this one lasts as long as the last one.

Would NOT Recommend
This jetpack is either refurbished or terrible. The words run i to each other. I can't get more than 2 bars and it turns off on its own every 30 minutes even with a full charge. Definitely wouldn't recommend if you need consistent portable wifi. It also over heats and stops working because it says it's too hot. I am definitely going to return it for a refund. I am upset that I paid $80 for prepaid data card that now I can't use because this thing doesn't even work right. Waste of time and money.

THIS ACTUALLY WORKS!
I was a little nervous because I thought it was a scam. I was proved wrong. I am actually able to connect my work laptop (on remote days) and works just fantastic. If you have a Verizon Account, it was a breeze to set it up and add. Just be patient to go through all the prompts and adding info. Definitely worth your money!

Works perfect with Verizon SIM card
I bought the same exact jetpack to replace an old one. I read online how to remove SIM card from old jetpack and put in new jetpack. I had a Verizon SIM card and it works perfectly! Love this jetpack - keeps a charge for a very long time and works great. In some areas where my phone will not work as a hotspot, this jetpack does work!

It worked until it didn't
After less than a month's use, the battery has begun heating so much that the Jetpack displays a "Too hot" message and the unit will not charge.

I have to tell you this is the best purchase I have ever made!!!! Except for Verizon representatives being stupid enough to tell me that it’s not compatible with their service, I mean come on how in gods name is a Verizon hotspot not compatible with your service because I didn’t buy it from you??? I set it up myself no problem!!! Fast shipping. Works great
