I weight train three (3) days/week. I also bike, swim, Pilates, and other fitness activity. I put A LOT of effort into maintaining fitness levels. I take an amino acid complex post workout as I have realized that my fitness outcomes can be increased with seemingly minor changes. I have also come to realize that many of these collagen supplements are complete (or very close to complete) with Essential Amino Acid (EAA) and they tend to have less "stuff" such as artificial sweeteners and strange flavors that are more common in athletic supplements. If nothing else, if you cross shop collagen looking for amino acid supplements you have a larger selection of products to choose from. I also eat a primarily plant-based diet. I do eat some meat, but generally very low comparatively. I spend time to ensure I get balanced and complete protein. Some of these collagen supplements provide a breakdown by individual amino acid, which is important as they often do not contain all nine (9) essential amino acids. This one does not provide a breakdown. It contains just over five (5) of protein. What is nice here is premixed and convenient. Often collagen (or amino) are powder based; this is a premixed and pre-dosed liquid. Doesn't taste bad. You pay for the convenience though; ten (10) doses in a single order here.

It came nicely ( securely ) packaged. It actually took awhile to get all the tape off the bubble wrap wrapping this product. The supplements come in small one serving glass bottles, and it was delivered with everything intact. Taste - It's a pleasant taste; bubbly, like sparkling water mixed with a fruity ( not overly sweet ) taste. Effects - I felt a heat sensation soon after taking this product. Again, it had a pleasant taste, so it was easy to take, but I kept it to 3/4 of the bottle. Collagen supplements are the rage now, so I was curious to try this product. I am very picky / judicious about supplements and products, so after I experienced the heat sensation ( which I experienced as a side effect ), I did not continue taking it. I think this may work for those used to taking collagen supplements. For myself, I don't understand half of what is on the label ( "pearl coix extract", "low molecule collagen", etc ), so I am not so keen on taking it just yet, but would read up on it before taking this product.

It was looking great and nice until one bottle broke somehow in a lot of bubble wrap… luckily Amazon gave me a refund for it because of that. Some workers need to stop throwing too much if it’s fragile

This was so fun to try, I've seen something similar before and always wanted to try one. It's stored in glass dark bottles and I appreciate it. It's easy to open and the mouth is wide enough so you don't spill it while drinking it. It's a brown liquid and it smelled herbal. I drank half of it after shaking it and the immediate first taste was very medicine in the herbal sense. It wasn't overwhelming at all, just herbal. I finished the second half and went about my day. It was definitely on th energizing side and felt good. I have to complete the full box for an better grasp on it but so far, it been a positive experience. I put the rest in the fridge so I can take it chilled instead (I looked online and it was recommended to chill) and I will be taking it in the mornings. Given how other places price it, this is great deal for the listed ingredients and I totally recommend this and will be suggesting to my peers.

The treatments come individually bottled in a set of ten supplements taken orally. The treatments have a faint fruity flavor but no after taste. Most of the instructions are written in Japanese but some are written in English. The supplements are easy to swallow and I experienced no gastric distress. They come well sealed and are easy to swallow. The supplement includes collagen, hyaluron, vitamin C, biotin, ceramide, elastin, hyaluronic acid, and more. After taking one daily for five days my skin appeared clearer. It feels smooth to the touch. While these supplements are pricey I would like to continue to take them. Overall this is an interesting product which did produce some results for me.

I wish this product came in a pack of more than 10. Having a bottle once a day felt like a time for pampering. Each bottle is dark and made of glass, which I appreciate. The ingredients are great for skin with a pleasantly tart taste. I think a line on my forehead has become less pronounced after taking this supplement, but it is hard to make an objective evaluation after such a short time. This could very well be wishful thinking or a placebo effect. The price is steep but I may purchase again in the future to see how my skin reacts with longer use.

These came in a box of 10 bottles, one of which came broken. Because I'm not a woman, I had my wife test these for me. My wife is finicky on flavors, so I was concerned that she might not be able to handle the herbal taste. As it turned out, she didn't think these tasted too bad, and she drank one every morning for 9 days in a row. At the end of her trial, she reported that she neither felt any negative or positive effects. All our bodies are different, so these might work better for you. These are quite pricey at over $5 per bottle! Dietary and nutritional supplements do not receive the same regulation as prescription or over-the-counter drugs. Like all consumers, I don't have a lab to check for harmful levels of contaminants and if the supplements contain the ingredients listed on the label and nothing else, so we have to take their word for it.
